Sabine claims police are asking vigilante groups to do their jobs

It’s been some time since we heard from Sabine—she’s been keeping her head down since she “starred” in that Portuguese video in mid-January. The title of her latest post on her National Inquiry into Organised, Orchestrated & Historic Child Sexual Abuse blog caught our eye, though: “UK #Paedophile Epidemic So Big #Police Ask Vigilante Group to Take Over”.

We kid you not.

sabine-mcneill-blog-2017-03-05

According to Sabine, this post highlights the gap between “those who are paid to do a job—to fit a ‘job description and the mission or remit of their boss and organisation” and “those who act from their heart as ‘amateurs’: with passion, commitment and perseverance”.

Three guesses which category Sabine would place herself in? First two don’t count.

We weren’t at all surprised to discover that Sabine’s post was actually a re-blog of a story from a site called YourNewsWire.com, which makes the improbable claim that police are handing over their role in apprehending child molesters to vigilante groups. yournewswire-dot-com-2017-03-05

According to the article,

UK police say that the pedophile problem has become so big they are now asking radical vigilante groups to help them tackle the problem.

The British government has continuously allowed child sex abusers to roam free amid a push by the elite to normalise pedophilia and lessen penalties for offenders. With very little being done to prevent online grooming, a ‘pedophile hunting’ group called Dark Justice have stepped in to work with police in the UK in order to bring offenders to justice.

Hmm. This was sounding less and less probable. We decided to run a check on the “YourNewsWire” site. Tellingly, as we began to type the name of the site into the search box, Google helpfully added “…reputation”, then “fake news” to the search term, suggesting that we weren’t the only ones to smell a large, decomposing rat: yournewswire-2017-03-05On a site called RealorSatire.com, we found some interesting info about YourNewsWire.com: real-or-satire-yournewswire-2017-03-05So. Not exactly trustworthy, then. Not that we really needed the confirmation, but still.

What is ‘Dark Justice’? And are police really ‘reaching out’ to them?

The article on YourNewsWire.com turned out to link to yet another site, Policehour.co.uk. According to Wikipedia, PoliceHour consists of a “team of three journalists who write crime and policing news for members of the policing family”. In other words, the site does not represent the views of any official policing organisation; it’s basically just three journos who write about police issues. They claim to “support the thin blue line”, which makes us wonder what their supposed readership must have thought about their article on the vigilante group “Dark Justice”.

Here’s part of that article: policehour-on-dark-justice-2017-03-05Let’s just say that we weren’t particularly impressed with the article. Given the quality of writing and the lack of any actual quoted sources, we wonder whether the writer attended the Angela Power-Disney School of Investigative Journalism.

Here’s a hint: claiming that Dark Justice “is often mentioned in Locker Rooms” or that “Detectives within CID rooms welcome them” is all very well, but a real journalist would actually interview someone from a locker room or CID room, and quote them in the story. The fact that this didn’t happen makes us wonder who actually wrote the piece, and what their affiliation to Dark Justice might be.

What do police really think of vigilantism?

This BBC article from June 2015 mentions the Dark Justice vigilante group, outlining their methods:

The men expose groomers by setting up profiles as young women on online friendship and dating sites. Once a suspect has contacted them, Dark Justice respond and say they are 13 years old.

Generally, they say, the younger age doesn’t deter the adult men, but instead attracts more interest. One current message reads: “I will be ok with ur young sexxxy age if you are OK with mine?”

Eventually, Dark Justice arrange a meeting with suspects – as the 13-year-old girl – in a public environment. Once they have identified and filmed the suspect, they call the police and hand over the evidence, including screen snapshots of the messages they have received online.

This evidence can be used in court, which is how Dark Justice exposed a 36-year-old in their latest sting. Kenneth Walker from Nottingham pleaded guilty to attempting to meet a girl following sexual grooming and is due to be sentenced at Newcastle Crown Court today.

But this form of evidence gathering can cause complications over whether the proof has been collected through entrapment.

Ian Kelcey, a defence solicitor and former chair of the Law Society’s criminal law committee, has defended two clients in the past year who were exposed by members of the public.

“It may not fall into entrapment if [groups like Dark Justice] are just in a chat room and are waiting for somebody to contact them,” he explains.

“The problem is, when they start to entice somebody with [paedophilic] tendencies, then that becomes an entrapment, so it’s a very grey area.”

If entrapment is used to catch a paedophile, this may be used by the defence, and can destroy the prosecution case.

Even worse, there have been documented instances of groups like Dark Justice pouncing on individuals they believe are paedophiles…but who aren’t.

For example, a Canadian group that calls itself “Creep Catchers” recently “busted” a young man they were convinced was a paedophile. However, Jaxson Jacoe turns out to be a young man with a mental disability who was simply looking for a friend online. Described as “21 going on 13”, Mr Jacoe is “developmentally delayed and mentally challenged, with a pre-teen’s understanding of the world”:

His family is now speaking up, saying Jacoe was humiliated and lost a job he loved after being caught up in a sting orchestrated by online groups aiming to catch sexual predators.

In late February, Jacoe decided he wanted his first girlfriend. A buddy recommended he use a dating app.

Almost immediately, Jacoe was approached online by a woman going by the name Ashley. Her posted age was 19.

“She messaged me first, saying I was cute and I want to ask you out on date,” recalls Jacoe. “And I responded back saying ‘Thank you.'”

But Ashley had a surprise. A short time later she revealed she was actually 14.

Jacoe said that was OK….

On Feb. 20, Jacoe was ambushed outside his workplace. The confrontation was caught on camera by two men who had posed as Ashley online.

“They were harassing me, they were bullying me”, he says, his voice shaking.

“They just approached me and started videotaping me and I had no idea what was going on.”

As a result of the “sting” operation, Mr Jacoe lost his job as a score-keeper at a local skating rink; his father says the young man is devastated, and Mr Jacoe has said he’s now even more fearful of trying to make friends online.

In an article from September 2016, a Canadian law professor and expert on child sexual exploitation cautioned against groups like Creep Catchers and their practice of “justice as entertainment”. Benjamin Perrin said:

This is a group that is manufacturing a scenario and an investigation and identifying someone who very well may have committed these offences — we don’t know that yet. But doing so in a way that gives themselves publicity and that they seem to take delight in.

And that’s not how the justice system works. …

Mr Perrin pointed out a recent case, which began with a Creep Catcher Craigslist ad titled “Strictly Platonic.” The group’s president told the Vancouver Sun newspaper that a woman in her 30s posing as a 15-year-old “baited” the target “long and hard.” Mr Perrin asked, “In that situation, who is doing the luring?”

“Is there in fact a risk that they’re not simply identifying existing alleged pedophiles, or are they creating new offenders?” he asks.

“The concern is that this could be reversed and you’ve got adult men and women posing as minors, who are in fact grooming men who may or may not be pedophiles or sex offenders at all and you’re grooming them towards that kind of behaviour.”

Ultimately, the issue of vigilante groups taking it upon themselves to track, bait, and ultimately confront people they believe are paedophiles is so fraught with legal and ethical problems, it’s no surprise to find that police do not, in fact, welcome these groups’ interference in their work.

Getting back to Sabine’s claim that police are asking vigilantes to take over their work when it comes to paedophile hunting, it seems that she’s just spouting more self-serving bilge. Our final diagnosis: just one more attempt on Sabine’s part to justify her own reprehensible behaviour, using spurious sources and disingenuous arguments.

In other words, business as usual. stranger-510x300

    • Its a tough one, vigilantes aren’t a good idea but these men should not be meeting minors for sex. What will probably happen is a rogue group will violently attack someone and then itll be cracked down on, but there are some groups ive seen who act quite professionally, maybe the police should train and license these people and meet the men rather than the vigilantes? its definitely a problem and online grooming is going on.

      • @karnevilnine – you are correct, this is a complex subject.
I can only comment on the situation of the Canadian version of these vigilantes, who call themselves “Creep Catchers”. I studied them & their “operation” very carefully for several months before commenting on them in Canadian media, and also had a long series of conversations with one of their leaders – whose ignorance of the laws he portrays himself as operating in assistance of, was appalling! I will reproduce some of my media comments about this group and one of their leaders named Ryan Laforge. Please read these carefully, I think they will give you a new perspective on this issue:

SURREY’S CREEP CATCHER: Ryan LaForge aims to weed out ‘potential predators’ and ‘blast’ them on social media – Surrey News
        .
I re-read your Surrey Creep Catcher articles several times, and it’s worse than I thought. This is not an “online predator sting”, this is 100% an entrapment scam. Compare the case of Glenn Schulz, from your fine article of August 18, convicted of arranging to meet and have sex with two fictional girls. Schulz had a previous conviction for possession of child sexual abuse images, and answered the undercover sting officer’s explicit offer of sex with children, through a site dedicated to trading CSA images.
LaForge on the other hand, advertises himself on legitimate adult-only dating sites, as a young adult using photographs of an adult in his profile. Random people answer his ad, he has no reason to believe they might be sex offenders or have ever solicited sex from children. He has not tracked and targeted suspected predators. LaForge pulls the bait & switch on all of them – “oh I’m really 15,14,13…” He is right, they should all bail out right there. If they don’t, he assumes they must be predators and sets them up so they appear to be.
The Creep Catcher “sting” is the equivalent of holding a free showing of “Debbie Does Dallas”, with unadvertised CSA images inserted in the middle, and after they’ve been on screen for 5 minutes turning the lights on and shouting at everyone who is still seated that they are child sex predators, and “we’ve got the evidence, we’ve got video of you watching CSA images!” And then calling in the media to announce that you “caught” a bunch of pedophiles.

LaForge and other Creep Catchers aren’t “spreading awareness” of anything but their own mistaken assumptions – for example, that all of the people making contact with them on “hook-up” sites are necessarily pedophiles, or somehow qualify as “suspects” for child sex crimes. In reality, the Creep Catchers like to hang out on adults-only sites known for facilitating casual hook-ups, with a profile that claims they are over 18. Most of their contacts think the Catcher is an adult, when they initiate conversation, so they probably weren’t on the site looking for children to exploit. It is only AFTER the conversation has taken a sexual turn that the Catcher suddenly ‘discloses’ – “I’m really only 15, is that ok?”
Most adults convicted of luring children for sex online, lured their victims by falsely claiming to be a minor themselves. That’s what the Catchers do – they falsely portray themselves online as a minor. Does that mean the Catchers must be pedophiles or “suspects”?
LaForge should be careful about daring police to arrest him. An adult who makes arrangements for another adult to meet a child for sex, would be guilty of “offering the sexual services of a child” and the fact that the child didn’t really exist might not get them out of that charge.

Why aren’t our police running Creep Catcher style sting campaigns, 24/7, and posting videos of them like Ryan LaForge? Because, unlike Mr LaForge, the dedicated officers who work child sexual exploitation cases really do care about child victims – so they are very careful to perform investigations and gather evidence in a manner that meets the standards of our judicial system and maximizes the probability of succesful prosecutions. They don’t do what they do, to get their names in the media or to garner hits on “Officer Bob’s angry pedo-haters” youtube channel.

Unfortunately Ryan LaForge, and many of the other “Creep Catchers”, don’t have an informed understanding of Canadian criminal law or how our law enforcement and criminal justice system works – so all they are spreading is misleading assumptions, misinformation and misunderstanding.
For example, “the age of sexual consent is 16” is a misleading simplification of Canadian law, as a 15 year old can legally consent with partners up to the age of 19 – so long as there is no relationship of trust, authority or dependency between them – under the “close in age” exemption.
In many “Creep Catcher” videos, the starring vigilante will state that it is a criminal offense for a person over the age of 18 to talk to persons under the age of 16, “through the internet”. They misunderstand the meaning and purpose of Canada’s Internet Child Luring statute (section 172.1), which only criminalizes adult-child communications “for the purpose of facilitating the commission of…” sex crimes against the child – a judgement that no Creep Catcher is qualified, under law, to make.

        • This is an excellent explanation of the difference between the Creep Catcher/Dark Justice model—which, as you say, is more geared to people getting to play cop and pretend to be heroes to their online audiences—and real police work. Just because an adult wishes to engage in casual sex with someone via an online dating service does not make them a paedophile. In fact, it argues against them being a paedophile in the first place, as they are looking for their hook-ups in places where adults gather.

          • In 2015 I started to get interested in these online cults, I got to know one man who said America would be destroyed in December 2015, he built up quite a big following and one of them was a teenage girl, this girl planned to run off to Mexico with him to escape the apocalypse. I managed to get hold of her mother and stopped it, there are a lot of adults that will manipulate younger people like this, they are a big problem which the police don’t have the manpower to properly deal with it.

        • Very interesting read. The FBI had some very succesful operations where they came into contact with Pedophiles on specific well known Pedophile sites. They don’t go to Adult sites and then hope to cast a wide net and play the bait and switch game. They target people who have a track record, whether previously charged or not, but are displaying dangerous intentions towards children online or offline.

They also do not offer the information they ensure the target is the one who ventures all the sexual talk or any perverted plans. Then when it’s meet up time, they catch them with all the evidence along with whatever depraved items the target has brought along with them. Often very serious and sickening stuff, this means it stops the Predator meeting up with another pedophile and carrying out abuse.

The FBI work within the laws and also are protected by them. I think some of these people playing the bait and switch get off on the fantasy of playing the role of a minor and having sexual conversations with others even when they say they are of legal age at the start, as soon as they pretend to be younger it reflects badly on them as they have just had a sexual conversation whilst in their head are fantasizing about under age abuse.
This is the kind of sick twisted game Abraham would get off on.

      • Not one of these groups have ever ensnared a sex offender.

What they have done is lure men over a long period into an assignation and then pounce with their cameras.
Basically they are attacking people for a thought crime what ever one thinks about that person. They have always been first time “offenders”.

What should be noted is that not one of these gutter travelers groups (not too dissimilar to gay bashers) has ever ‘caught’ a previously convicted abuser. Those they catch are ‘newbies’ and a whole host of factors must be taken into account as the Canadian example demonstrates.
We have no idea what the mental state of those lured or indeed their motives. Men may fantasize they are meeting a young teen for sex but in reality they may run a mile when confronted with a real live 13 year old.

I say they are extremely dangerous and what they do should be a crime. Even those they catch who in general do receive a severe sentence may decide to underground.
Real pedophiles who actually abuse and who generally live their condition 24 hours are likely to become much craftier because of the actions of vigilantes.

While Sabine is an idiot and her promotion of fake news shows what a dangerous fools she is , she is actually quite right in that police forces are pretty slack in controlling these dangerous people.

I was appalled to see the Australian ’60 Minutes’ run a haliography of the creepy Stinson Hunter who has already caused one death of a man who committed suicide after he pounced (dying an innocent man) and left behind a wife and young children to fend for themselves.

The fact Stinson is a convicted arsonist who burnt down a school and has a reputation (I have his videos which he keeps getting removed from Youtube) for engaging with young teen boys in the ‘gamer’ world and playing cruel mind games with them is ignored as the morning TV shows continue to give him publicity. Now he even wants to ‘lecture’ to school children -a convicted arsonist?

It shows that you only have to make the claim you are a ‘child protection whistle blower’ or ‘activist’ and some sort of halo descends upon you. Past character does not matter and the fact, as we have seen, that you associate with know or convicted child abusers is forgotten.

Seems the old windbag has not yet finished her lifes work of causing grief and expenditure to the country and people that have fed and watered her.

        Loathsome and cringeworthy parasite.

  2. If the “groomer” was caught in a sting from a meeting arranged in a place where kids likely hang about in such as Facebook, Minecraft or student chat rooms, no issue, but adult chatrooms?

If the vigilantes had not created a profile on adult sites, not approached their targets, not actively talked to them and set up meetings, would a crime ever been committed? People interested in sex with children go where the children are, not onto adult sites. If anyone has seen Derren Brown, there are techiques to get people to do things they would not otherwise do. On an adult site all these people are actively looking for a relationship, their inhibitions and defences are aleard down because they are not expecting to find a kid on an adult site, they mostly all know that adult sites have an element of fantasy, role-play and people lie. This is really dubious that most of the people caught out in a sting via an adult site was really paedophiles or groomers. There is something about this situation that does not sit right with me. There should be a scientific study done.

That sounds rather like what that awful Power Disney woman does. Any naive young man who listens to her ridiculous tales is likely to end up in trouble for what may be classed as sexual offences against minors.

Basically what a lot of the vigilantes do is find people with mental handicaps or mental health problems who they can frame. As with the hoaxers a lot of the vigilantes are people who have histories of abusing or neglecting their own children and are looking for people they see as lower in the pecking order in order to feel better about themselves.

I’m always left flabbergasted that some online ‘troofers’ seem to think they are authorities on certain subjects and then post such rubbish. It’s not like there aren’t decent articles by good journalists who give a more accurate and balanced story. I can only assume that accuracy and balance aren’t sought.

    • It’s alarming that so many people, millions of them, are ready to believe the plethora of ‘fake news’ websites. Seems we have a new US president ready to and there is a political party in Oz run by an odd woman where all her candidates are ‘truthers’ and anti-vaxers etc.

RD and family (and Hampstead residents) are innocent victims of a sort of collective madness that is sweeping the world.
Where will it all end? The law has been left behind woefully as we see that while a great many rich & powerful people probably think it’s best to ignore this stuff, it’s the “little” people like a lady living in a Hampstead church flat with her kids who end up suffering by having to relocate their lives. And the so-called “Christian right” in the US is another promoter as we see the ridiculous APD mouthing off daily as though she has direct line to Jesus.

      # excellent post as well EC. There are so many real dots to join as opposed to the imaginary ones bred out of prejudice.

When vigilante groups go on the net to nail someone for going after under-age teenagers that’s good.

But when the police use the same tactics to nail Brian Pead that’s bad?

  7. About the author of the article Sabine quotes:

Sean Adl-Tabatabai is behind the YourNewsWire.com platform, the source of numerous fake news stories including claims that the Queen had threatened to abdicate if the UK did not vote in favour of Brexit as well as reports that Hillary Clinton was connected to a paedophile ring in Washington.

The site has been blacklisted by a number of fact-checking bodies, including the European Union’s East StratCom Task Force, a Brussels unit that debunks Russian propaganda.

A former US intelligence officer and Kremlin propaganda expert, Joel Harding, claimed that the site has been “used by the Russians as a proxy site to spread disinformation”.

Sometimes, (I suspect) this will be for their safety from the mob who have been have been humiliating him on the street, screaming “paedo” at him as people walk by. The police have said many times, they do not condone this style.

For Sabine to print “fake news” does not surprise me in the slightest.

  9. Here’s why the “evidence gathered by” Creep Catchers, specifically, is of no use to police.
The Creep Catchers sting scenario goes like this; – an adult male (the Creep Catcher) creates a profile on an ADULT’S ONLY dating site frequented primarily by people looking for casual sexual encounters, claiming to be an 18 year old woman. When a man makes contact with them, through messaging, the Creep Catcher makes conversation leading the man to believe they are on the site looking for a sexual encounter. Then, the CC abruptly announces that they are a minor – typically “I’m really 13, is that ok?” – if the man continues to message them, after supposedly learning that the CC is a minor, the CC will solicit graphic sexual conversation, such as – “what would you want me to do, if we were to meet?” and portray themselves as willing and interested in any & every sexual act – “whatever you want, that’s fine”. – at this point, the Creep Catcher becomes very aggressive about ensuring that there will be an offline meet-up. The CC needs to capture the meet-up on video, because they are primarily Youtube stunt & shock video artists. They need new “sting” videos on a regular basis, and need to generate them as quickly as possible so they can post fresh videos on Youtube to keep their viewers interested and increase their subscribers and “views”. If there is no meet-up, the CC will have wasted the time invested in luring this random man, so they aggressively solicit an off-line encounter, agreeing to any circumstances the man might suggest. The CC then goes to the meet and films his surprised target looking fearful and confused, as the CC shouts – “are you X? your here to meet a 13 year old for sex, right?”
The videos of the meet-ups and the related chat logs are of no use to police because; – its not a crime to meet-up with a man who is pretending to be a minor seeking casual sex, and that is all the “target” man has done. The target man did not meet and sexually abuse a minor, and the Creep Catcher has no evidence that the target has ever sexually abused a child. It is not a crime to fantasize about having a sexual encounter with a minor. It is a crime in Canada, to: “by a means of telecommunication, communicate with a person who is, or who the accused believes is, under the age of 18 years, for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence”, (meaning, for the purpose of luring a minor into a sexual encounter).
However, since the Creep Catcher initially portrayed himself to be an adult, on an adults-only dating site, it would not be reasonable to believe or to argue in court that the target man messaged the CC with the intention of luring a minor for sex. There has been no crime committed, for the police to charge anyone with.
The chat logs where the target man talks about sex acts they would like to perform on the Creep Catcher, after being told the CC is supposedly a minor, are invalidated by the CC pulling a “bait & switch” with respect to the age he claimed to be and then aggressively soliciting the meet-up himself. When a random person with no obvious intention to commit a crime is manipulated into committing one, that is called “entrapment” and any conviction based on entrapment would be overturned on appeal.

    • The above relates to Canadian law, I’m not certain why UK courts have accepted vigilante entrapment evidence.
Most adults convicted of luring children for sex online, lured their victims by falsely claiming to be a minor themselves. That’s what the Creep Catchers do – they falsely portray themselves online as a minor – and they are not only attempting to portray that behaviour as “legitimate”, but even as heroic! No adult should ever portray themselves online as a minor, unless they are a police officer engaged in a sting against a suspect for whom they have received complaints or otherwise have probable cause to believe the suspect is involved in child luring.

UK law enforcement failed this family:
      https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2016/jan/23/breck-bednar-murder-online-grooming-gaming-lorin-lafave

but no vigilante group has ever caught out such a dangerous predator, nor are they capable of ever doing so.

      • Police who work in this area are usually “re-cycled” after a time to preserve their sanity as even a hard nosed copper can get upset by real child abuse.
Those who form these vigilante groups seem to be fixated on the subject and live and breathe child abuse.

    • I heard from Generosity.com last night, as well. As in your case, they asked me for the link—it surprised me that unlike almost any other platform online, their complaints process does not automatically add the link from which one is complaining! Sounds like their dev team has a fair bit of catching up to do.

I’ll let you know if I hear back from them, but at least it sounds as though my complaint is in the queue.

  11. I have also watched a few videos on YouTube. What exactly is the real reason why they go after these so called paedophiles? Because they quite clearly don’t know the law. In the first instance, when anyone aprehends anyone they have to do it by the Police And Criminal Evidence Act 1984. From what I’ve seen this never happens. You can’t stand there screaming and swearing, they also don’t know about the laws of private property. Might not seem much to some, but they have no idea of the persons mental health, or physical health. Some how I doubt very much that some of these groups give one, wether it’s about paedo’s or not but they really need to know what they are doing.

    • Under Canadian law, these Creep Catcher vigilantes are committing numerous crimes themselves, in the process of their “sting”. For example, because they are really an adult and not the teen girl they pretend to be, they are technically guilty of being an adult who offers another adult (their target) the sexual services of a minor! A very serious crime. The fact that this child doesn’t really exist wouldn’t necessarily be a defence from this charge, since it is based on offering and not on actually ‘delivering the goods’.

But they are starting to get charged for harassment & mischief now anyway…

      • It sounds like the UK laws are similar to the ones in Oz.
I used to work in security many years ago (mostly in alarm/cctv installs, but I did hold an ABE lisc which meant I could do patrol work and did so at times as a standin when other guards were off sick or on holidays.
One thing is that security guards had no more powers of arrest than anyone else, what we did have a a full working knowledge of the applicable laws and how to use them CORRECTLY so that any arrests made would be legal, justifiable and done correctly as to hold up in court.
And those powers were (and still are) very limited in their actions, and depending on the situations, can vary depending on whether you (and they) are in public places or on private property.
Even the wording of arrests had to be made in a very specific way, and we actually had printed cards that we read from, simply to ensure that an incorrect wording would not invalidate the arrest- which not only would allow them to walk free in court, but would open the arresting guard open to a prosecution of false arrest (and if cuffs or physical restraint of the person was involved, possible charges of false imprisonment as well)

    • The real reason the Canadian Creep Catchers do it, is this:

The CC needs to capture the meet-up on video, because they are primarily Youtube stunt & shock video artists. They need new “sting” videos on a regular basis, and need to generate them as quickly as possible so they can post fresh videos on Youtube to keep their viewers interested and increase their subscribers and “views”. If there is no meet-up video the CC will have wasted the time invested in luring this random man, so they aggressively solicit an off-line encounter, agreeing to any circumstances the man might suggest.

These are not law & order loving citizens. In fact, several of them are unemployed, (and bankrupt), ex-cons!
Their attitude to police & law enforcement authority is similar to that of Neelu & Kevin Annett. I did try to teach one of their leaders about the proper way to go about collecting online info & reporting suspected child luring perverts, but they are not interested in arrests, just in making provocative videos.

  12. Maybe if the police and courts didn’t have to deal with the mess created by Sabine et al due to their false stories of SRA, they could be spending those resources on catching online/offline paedophiles.

Further, Sabine distributed videos of children talking about sexual encounters and rape. A gift to real paedophiles. As far as I am concerned, Sabine is guilty of distributing CSA material. Even worse when you consider that a number of her friends and acquaintances are convicted for such crimes and appear on the sex offenders register.

    • And there could be millions of them as the judge rightly said.
I found it difficult to watch the videos in question (and have only seen about 5 minutes in total) as it’s very disturbing to hear kids at that age talking about sex even in the sort of enthusiastic manner they do which is such an awful abuse of children who basically want so much to please their elders.
Only a very sick mind would create this hoax and only sicker minds would publicly promote it.

    • We won’t be notified if it is removed but we’ll just have to keep checking. If they don’t remove it after all the links and descriptions we sent them, it will be an absolute travesty of their so called fundraising site.

  14. According to Sabines logic a baying mob with flaming torches should also do the job of police and round up arseholes like herself,APD etc who commit offences against children on an industrial scale they are aiming to corner the market.Only time before the monopolies commission eventually pull their finger out on this cartel.

The good news is that no entrapment flaffing about is required as they advertise their henious activities ad nauseum.

She must think everyone is stupid enough to believe it.

  15. I have today received the following e-mail from the police.

    1. the complaint against me is closed.
    2. police request that nobody mention Rupert Quaintance any further on any social media platforms or you might undermine the case against him.

    Message as below:

    =================================================

    Mr Hind,

Thank you for your email – I have reviewed the content. I will not be taking any
further action and will close the report, however can you and others on Hoaxtead
Research blog refrain from posting or talking about him on any of the social media
    platforms.

    Kind regards

(I withheld name, but it is the officer who is dealing with Rupert Quaintance)

  16. Sting operations operated by the police like the one which caught Brian Pead differ from these vigilante ones in a very important respect, which is why the police evidence is admissible and the vigilante evidence usually isn’t. Entrapment provides lawful evidence only if the offender is not encouraged to commit the crime, merely enabled. So a bait car provides admissible evidence against someone who freely breaks into it, but if an undercover officer suggested it or encouraged someone to break in, the defendant would be acquitted. In one case the distinction was stated to be that the trap (in that case a jeweller’s shop) hadn’t been applied to the defendants, they had applied themselves to the trap. In Pead’s case the fake 14 year old put her age up front in the chatroom. He could have read that and thought, dear me no, but instead he tried to develop the relationship and arrange to pay her £300 for sex.

  17. Angela’s just gone into a Hampstead frenzy, posting three Hampstead/Pizzagate video links in a row.

    https://www.facebook.com/powerdisney

By the way, it’s getting tiresome writing ‘Hampstead/Pizzagate’ all the time. Can we come up with a word to describe videos that incorporate both? How about ‘Gatestead’ or ‘Hamstergate’? 😀

  18. Kristie Sue’s reposted that screenshot of the child porn page showing a girl called A_ _ _ _. Of course, there is only one girl in the whole World called A_ _ _ _, so it must be her, and the only possible villain behind the site is Ricky Dearman. Detective Costa strikes again.

Just don’t ask Kris any awkward questions about what she was doing viewing child porn sites in the first place – it upsets her 😉

Not surprising considering there aren’t any boys in the ad, let alone any that look like G______. Oh but Ella “100% confirmed it”, right, Kristie? Hmm, yeah right. LOL

          • Agreed. They used that to go after Scarlet in June 2015. The screenshot above is an earlier one, from before the IDP thing, aimed at RD. Not that it’s important, though – Kristie Sue is the worst detective in the World either way. Does the detective community have an equivalent of the Razzies? If so, can we nominate her?

    • Good lord, can one woman stoop any lower? Maybe Angela.
I wonder how many Illegal sites the defective internet detective had to trawl through to find that specific one. Pretty worrying what sort of search terms she is using with regards to hunting down those two children and any Child Abuse images that she is trying to find.
It’s very telling how much more obsessed with the girl they all are especially the male fruitloops.
Predatory behaviour of sexual deviants using the disguise of ‘saving the children’ as an excuse to view illegal content and share their child abuse fantasies with each other in their sordid little facebook groups, youtube accounts and websites. Just like that lifetime criminal and child abuser Abraham Christie with his weird obsession in SRA and CSA, and getting children he hardly knew to repeat his filthy imagination.

      Dirty perverts all of them.
