We’ve just heard from very reliable sources that Neelu Berry is indeed expected at Highbury Corner Magistrate’s Court tomorrow, 07 October, at 10:00 a.m., to answer her original charges of riotous behaviour at a church and using threatening behaviour.
She appears to have unilaterally dismissed these charges.
Let’s see how that works out for her.

Someone needs to advise the Magistrate to bring an overnight bag as he/she may find themselves arrested and taken into custody by nutty.

And whatever they do, do not leave the room! The instant a Magistrate leaves to have tea or use the toilet, Neelu declares she’s made another successful arrest.

God almighty… I would pay good money to be able to observe Neelu’s incarceration via webcam. The longer the better!

I am hoping that Neelu gets a reality check tomorrow, the UK legal system has so far given her an easy ride, which enhances her delusions.

I agree. Each time they allow her to not turn up, they convince her that she’s in the right. Not that she needs much convincing. I think it’s time for a bit of reality therapy.

That is such a vicious website. Is it deliberate or are they totally ignorant? . They publish the fact Neelu emails them with a charge sheet & so on and then attacks one of her alleged victims when part of her bail conditions is that she refrain from publishing such matters?. If the matter is not concluded tomorrow she may not get bail. Do the prosecution read the net? I suppose in this case they may well do so seeing so much grief has been caused via the internet.The ‘vexing’ charge does not carry much of a penalty but the intimidation charge is very serious.

Yes, yet more libel and encouragement to examine stranger’s private parts. There were similar urgings on one of Charlotte’s recent posts. This is going to turn into a sexual assault on someone if she doesn’t stop.

It’s pretty obvious what has happened : the ‘vexing’ charge is being heard in the magistrate court & the other more serious charges have been listed for a higher court.
