BREAKING: Police at Neelu’s door today

Police were at Neelu Berry’s door earlier today to invite her to a Caution +3 interview in relation to a violation of a restraining order, according to this video, which Neelu recently posted on Facebook:

The omnipresent Edward W. Ellis, Equity Lawyer, refused on Neelu’s behalf, citing something to do with last year’s general election and protection frauds. Or something.

For some reason the police officer seemed unable to see the direct connection to the case at hand, and stated, “If you do not come we will take that as a refusal, and we will seek further advice”.

In response, Neelu told the officers to leave, and closed the door on them.

A Caution +3, or voluntary interview, means that while the person will be “under caution”, they are not under arrest, they are not obliged to remain at the interview, and they are entitled to retain legal advice.

  1. Very interesting indeed! I feel sorry for anyone calling to her door in an official capacity to be met with not her own yakking but Edward Ellis’ also!

  2. I tell ya….they’re LIVING TOGETHER! It’s an Ilford romance…..and a union to be reckoned with.

So bets are on about how long it will take the police to come back with a warrant….I’m saying three days….

  3. LOL a romance that really doesn’t bear thinking about!

And yes, given that it’s Friday, I’d imagine it’ll take until Monday to get the warrant.

  4. It bears a remarkable similarity to Wrecker Patel in many respects, but in the end she lost (admittedly with a massive cost to the taxpayers) the multiple delaying tactics and the resulting costs 😦
For someone who doesn’t even pay her way in society in the first place and hasn’t for quite a while, its disgusting that she is allowed to continue with these delaying tactics and the massive costs which she runs up on the rest of us with her garbage…

But thats a given with these sovcit clowns, always a drain on everyone else

    Really gives me the s….s

    😦

  5. I just so admire that policeman! Could not have handled it better, really. Ellis slamming the door shut: Hilarious! It’s just so unbelievable!

  7. At least it is good to see that breaching a restraint order, presumably the one she was awarded following her non-conviction does have consequences. Plod must be keeping an eye on Neelu, the copper who was a model of patience and restraint was using her first name.

EWE just confirmed exactly why he no longer has a licence to practice actual, real law.

This won’t end well and EWE is borderline passing himself off as a solicitor which will get you a cell alongside your ‘client’. I hope.

  8. I didn’t picture our Equity Lawyer to look like that but wow..those coppers were restrained and very civil considering Ellis’ annoying chatter could easily drive someone to deck him on the nose.

  9. The news is spreading fast in the fruitcake community, I see:

The funniest part is the ignorant morons think this is the end of the matter 😀

  10. Seeing as those two coppers now have a few hours to spare, any chance they could pop round and arrest Heather Brown (aka Suzy Jones)?

By the way, Farcebook have now confirmed that this death threat doesn’t violate their community guidelines:

    Warms the cockles, doesn’t it.

  11. It’s very interesting listening to Neelu’s style of attack. Watching the other video on YT titled “So Called Equity Lawyer Edward Ellis Fails Again” where Neelu rambles on with her usual nonsense, the police woman asks her a very simple question as Neelu waves her papers about a so-called High Court appeal. “Has the case been heard or decided ” the WPC asks. Neelu falters for a minute and then just raves on about other nonsense and no matter how many times she is asked this very simple Yes or No question she avoids ever giving a straight answer.
It’s like her brain just clicks into another faulty gear which prevents her from giving a sensible straightforward reply but instead she attempts to bamboozle.
This is a really sad case of a weird mental illness. What a nightmare to be suffering from it (mainly for others).

  12. Like a lot of those in This Mob he also attempts to present himself as a reasonable chap patiently trying to explain to lesser mortals the finer points of something or other but underneath I perceive a raging aggression. I think the Yanks call it Passive Aggressive. They can drive people potty so kudos to Plod for their remarkable good humour and as you can see, the more the policeman tried to be reasonable the more angry Ellis got.
I wouldn’t like to meet him in a dark alley.

  14. Yes, apparently we’re all meant to send a bunch of text messages to someone and thus overthrow the state. At least I think that’s what he’s getting at.

  15. Yeah, he’s been banging on about that text message thing all week. He’s completely lost the plot, lol.

  16. As far as I’m aware, Ogilvy has never accused me of being Spiny, not that it would bother me at all.
However, he did describe me once as being “a man who raped his own daughter”.

His mind is truly in the gutter.

  17. He appears to have a thing about burning people in wheelie bins. Not deranged or unhinged at all, eh?

I was mistaken earlier, he doesn’t think I’m someone who raped his own daughter, he said I was someone who “raped a little girl in front of his children”.

Why does he even seek out sickening news articles like that?

Good question, Jake. As we’ve seen, he’s obsessed with child rape and he gave himself away somewhat when he posted those Info Detective screenshots which revealed much about his own online searching habits (i.e. child porn).

He also slipped up big-time recently when he used the word ‘mong’ as a term of abuse, perhaps revealing his true attitude towards people with Down’s syndrome and that his apparent support of Hollie G is a complete sham

  20. No, Neelu… he was saying your name in a caring manner, trying to ignore the idiot spouting nonsense to him at your door.

  21. Neelu said in a video a few months back that Ellis was staying with her. And it appears he’s still there. Are they an item now, I wonder? They’re kinda made for each other, lol. I just hope Lee Cant isn’t consumed by jealousy.

I hope Somebody dropped a dime on the new “Gerrish’s Criminal Conversations” exposure re-visited in hindsight with one of HH minor victims. He needs a good grilling. The Story of “T’s” case in E.C.’s twitter feed looks like an interesting read. Thanks for posting E.C. and All the rest of the Gang’s links too!

  23. An odd man- seems to believe he has the backing of police but perhaps doesn’t know there is a 2 year jail sentence for exposing the identity of the James Bulger killer online. Even if his attempt to is wrong he’s committed a crime by identifying the wrong person after death threats have been issued.
