Police were at Neelu Berry’s door earlier today to invite her to a Caution +3 interview in relation to a violation of a restraining order, according to this video, which Neelu recently posted on Facebook:
The omnipresent Edward W. Ellis, Equity Lawyer, refused on Neelu’s behalf, citing something to do with last year’s general election and protection frauds. Or something.
For some reason the police officer seemed unable to see the direct connection to the case at hand, and stated, “If you do not come we will take that as a refusal, and we will seek further advice”.
In response, Neelu told the officers to leave, and closed the door on them.
A Caution +3, or voluntary interview, means that while the person will be “under caution”, they are not under arrest, they are not obliged to remain at the interview, and they are entitled to retain legal advice.
