Thank you, Angie!

As a youngster, I was taught that whenever anybody gave me a gift (whether I liked it or not, and yes, I’m thinking of a particularly ugly raincoat I received for one birthday, not that I’m still bitter), a thank-you note was in order.

So here goes.

Dear Angela,

Thank you ever so much for the video you sent the court on 20 April, a week prior to John Paterson’s trial date. I hadn’t realised what an amazing impact it had, until I listened to one of your friend Andy Devine’s interminable rants a couple of days ago.

I have to admit I dozed through a lot of his waffle about wet ink signatures and the Fraud Act (which Devine claims not to believe in, but what ho), but I woke right up when he finally got to the meat of the matter:

First of all, when Angela Disney-Power made John…an affidavit video, explaining who these people was, completely discredited [redacted], Steve Martin…Karen Irving. Completely discredited all those people, they decided that, uh, Joy Dykes (Paterson’s defence barrister) said to John, she was meant to meet him on the Thursday…before the case which was on the Monday, the 26th of April, which is a Monday.

[Long, incoherent rant about how everyone was in on it, and they wouldn’t let Devine be Paterson’s power of attorney, and they are all a bunch of stinky poo-poo-pants, and they wouldn’t let Edward Ellis into the court or give him habeas corpus, and something about a “Mu’ad Dib challenge”, which sounds to me like some sort of Sovereign Citizen swimming contest, but what do I know?]

Then, at long blessed last:

The judge and the barrister worked it to say, “Oh, we’ve looked at the video now”—’cos they wasn’t going to listen to the video, by the way—they wasn’t going to listen to the video, but John instructed them to listen to the video.

[That’s your video he’s talking about Angie, in case you weren’t sure.]

And after Joy Dykes had listened to the video, she said to him, “You don’t need to come on Thursday, because we’re going for an acquittal. We’re going for an acquittal, John, so we don’t need to come and get the papers off you, ‘cos we’re going for an acquittal”. That’s what Joy Dykes said to John Paterson.

And then come the Monday, John went in, still gave her the documents, he did give her the documents, he presented Joy Dykes with the draft order and the Mu’ad Dib challenge, with his wet ink signature on, and a stamp, a red fox stamp at that, and with his God-given seal on it.

A red fox seal, no less! How impressive is that?

And she totally ignored it, and said, “Take a plea! Take a plea…for a lesser charge”.

(https://www.facebook.com/andrew.devine.3532/videos/110941484529121 for anybody feeling masochistic enough to listen to the whole sticky, woolly ball of wax.)

Reading between the specks of phlegm and cigarette ash, it seems fairly clear, Angela, that your “affidavit video” had an actual impact on the court! Go you!

Granted, it might not have been quite the impact you had in mind, but we can’t have everything.

Now, as you will no doubt have surmised (or I hope you have, hard to say with you), I didn’t get to give evidence in court, because before the trial could begin, Paterson entered his guilty plea in exchange for the Crown putting aside two of the charges against him.

However, I did eventually have a chance to share at least some of my experience as Paterson’s stalking victim.

You see, an important part of the court process is something called a “Victim Personal Statement”. This was a statement each of Paterson’s three victims wrote, spelling out the impacts which Paterson’s behaviour had on us—and while I haven’t seen what the others wrote, I can tell you that mine was not pretty.

Since we’re being all friendly here (well, I am at least), I can tell you that I don’t like to think of myself as a victim of anything, but three years of intensive stalking, including many, many threats made in videos, and a grand total of 855 emailed threats…well, it all took its toll. I might share more of my feelings on that at a later date, because really, this is a thank-you note and I don’t want to go all emo on you.

I did make the point that during the three years in which he’d stalked me, Paterson had shared his ugly, hateful emails and videos with dozens of others, such as Devine, Matthew Taylor, Kaley Einav, and, well, you. I told the court that this had amplified the effects of his stalking and harassment, as it meant that he was spreading his hatred and threats to a much wider audience.

This meant that instead of just having to be afraid that one unhinged person was planning to harm me, I had to be on the lookout for dozens. I pointed out in my statement that this had contributed significantly to the stress and fear I already felt after receiving hundreds of death threats from Paterson.

I sent my VPS to the court in the week before Paterson was sentenced. As I say, I hadn’t given evidence in court, so when she read my statement it was really up to the judge to decide whether Paterson’s friends might actually be willing to take up arms on his behalf, harassing and denigrating me on his say-so. Under normal circumstances, she’d have had no way of determining whether any of you would really do such a thing.

But your “affidavit” video was very convincing! I confess I didn’t watch it in full until last night, but when I did, I realised I needed to thank you.

As Devine said, it was touch and go whether anybody would actually listen to it, but apparently Paterson insisted his legal team watch it, and because it would have been considered “evidence”, the CPS team would have seen it, and they probably thought the judge ought to give it a listen too.

I’m sure she appreciated the extra insight it gave her into the circles in which Paterson travels. Or did travel, at least.

I especially liked the bit where you told the court that you had “two high-level researchers identify El Coyote”—one in South America, no less! Now, you and I both know that was just Mad Charlotte, but still, it sounded very impressive. And the way you somehow managed to work the names of the other victims into your statement, claiming that we were all part of a conspiracy against you? Masterful!

I’m certain the court must have been very impressed.

Now, I would not like to guess whether your affidavit video actually had an impact on the sentence Paterson received. I wasn’t in the room, and I have no idea what the judge said in her sentencing remarks.

But really, it’s the thought that counts, isn’t it?

And so, I’d like to offer you my thanks, and a hearty handshake. No, better make that an elbow bump—we’re still in a pandemic, after all.

Kind regards,

Karen

  1. Am I right to speculate that this “Muad’Dib Challenge” is related to this story at Quatloos? https://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/viewtopic.php?t=9476

I learned that the Queen isn’t really Queen (because the Stone of Scone was phoney, or vice versa) therefore courts have no jurisdiction.

I also learned that for a Sovereign-Citizen document to have its magical effect, you must adorn it with a mint-condition 1998 US$1 ‘Red Fox’ stamp. Presumably this addition to the SovCit mythos was started by the stamp-collecting industry.

  2. It’s great the way they all help convict each other! Powered by delusion and ego…
I’m reminded of some of the Q-Trump insurrectionists who invaded the Capitol, they share this fake sense of impunity. Then they share prison cells.
So, yes, thank you Angie for your malevolence being matched only by your stupidity! And for you being driven by your pompous ego to assume that a judge would take you seriously! And he did, as, evidently, a nutter. Hopefully the Dublin DPP will take notice…
We’re on a roll here. Maybe time for a move on child abuser Abraham Christie next. Deportation or a Moroccan prison perhaps.
It’s going to be a fun summer for Hoaxtead watchers!

      • A bit off topic Sam but what are Sky News Australia like? When I go on YouTube for some reason the algorithm thinks I want to see gossipy videos slagging off the Duchess of Sussex. I don’t. I also get recommendations about a mouse plague in New South Wales.

        • Sky ‘news’ is a murdock ‘production’ and is the Australian equivalent of ‘fox news’- also (unsurprisingly) owned by murdock…
One of its main ‘drawcards’ (lol) is alan bloody jones- a former ‘shockjock’ radio announcer who was extremely popular for many years (personally I credit him for me having a huge music and audiobook library on CD and now USB sticks, as I couldn’t stand the A.H. and he was very popular in rural areas where I drove trucks)
Since his ‘retirement’ (lol- yeah after the sh.tstorm he brought down on 2GB, I suspect there wasn’t much voluntary about it) he has taken up ‘broadcasting’ on ‘sky news’- and it seems that senility has taken its toll- he was always extremely right wing, but he has gone completely off the deep end- he’s a trumplover as you might imagine, and fully into the Q B/S as well

Effectively sky news is a clone of fox news, but it is too extreme even for many of his former supporters, with barely any presence at all here (thankfully)

          • What is odd about the Australian Sky News is it has a minuscule audience (which Fox also does relatively compared to US audiences albeit in the tens of millions) but it has power and politicians take it seriously. Some of the biggest names have an audience of say 30K on a good night.
But that is Rupert Murdoch’s MO ( I once worked for one of his newspapers when son & heir Lachlan was in charge & he famously sent a memo around saying to “ignore the internet as it’s a passing fad”). Lachlan now runs the Murdoch empire from a Sydney mansion and a bank of computer & TV screens while he keeps US hours so his working until 5am, reportedly.
Murdoch subsidizes many entities that have power. Oz Sky News also gets big advertisers wanting to reach that audience- those in power.

Always puzzled me SteveD how Alan Jones achieved such heights as his voice grates on me but he’s made $millions. He broadcasts his show from his own studio set up in a magnificent “hobby” farm in the Southern Highlands when he’s not in Sydney. Apparently the neighbors tell a story of how one of his cows escaped and Alan was in the shower and rushed out naked to retrieve Mabel. Neigbours took ages to recover from the shock.

    • Ego and smugness and yet, amazingly dim without a scintilla of knowledge of how the real world works.
Character references are an important part of the court system come sentencing time but being old fashioned I always thought references (good or bad) come from people that actually know you and have for some time and can attest to your character (good or bad), not someone who has been down the Rabbit Hole of conspiracy and only knows you through The University of Youtube.
I’m pretty sure Hiz Honour did view Angie’s “reference” video to gain even more insight into this cabal of haters and harassers.
      # I’m reminded of a university lecturer friend abut 22 years ago who gave a reference (along with about 20 other people) for a lawyer pal who had found himself on the wrong side of the law. A local Murdoch newspaper decided to attack all the referees over the convicted lawyer’s apparent bad deeds and the outcry via all manner of judicial people was deafening- suffice to say that said newspaper quickly forked over $40,000 in damages to each and every referee & they didn’t even have to sue.

And although he thinks he’s a warrior for weed and it may be easily obtained there, they don’t really like that image. A Moroccan jail is exactly where Abe needs to be.

And yes, I too found it odd that Divvy was waving the Fraud Act in the authorities’ faces, after years of saying that “your acts and statues [sic] are fake because they don’t have out wet ink signatures on them and I haven’t personally pooped on the seal” (or something).

“My impression is that whilst a normal person on advice of a competent lawyer would be telling their followers to keep their heads down, EWE and Devine have hired a excavator because they don’t think the hole is deep enough.”

Devine never listened to anyone except what he spews out of his mouth.

He has a ton of experience of dealing with Hampstead, and writing up complex Freeman of the Land documents. The only issue, with his kidney problems, the jinx impact of Disney may send him to an early grave. And here I am being superstitious.

          • I think she thought she had a better chance with David Ward as he had had a motor tax case dismissed, I think it was that anyway. He talked all over the place about it & how he had beat the courts, when really, I think it was a technicality.
However, she dismissed any talk about how he lost his house to the bank. Angela only sees what she wants to see.

            • So true re: “Angela only sees what she wants to see.”: Drug smuggling is perfectly okay if it is Ella Draper; kidnapping is okay if a child is being associated with SRA; as is torture of children if they are connected to SRA. These are all twisted stances Angela Power Disney has taken, which meets her twisted narrative.

I’m mortified because the most I’ve ever been liened was £50,000. It was by Brian Pead, one of the many paedophiles befriended by Sabine McNeill and Belinda McKenzie, small world.

          • Ward’s history of legislation-trouncing court wins is, on closer examination, just down to one event: he challenged a parking ticket with hundreds of pages of pseudo-legal argument and the council simply didn’t have the staff to attend the tribunal (not a court). So the parking fine was annulled.
            That was it, years ago.
Since then of course he lost everything and ended up on benefits in a derelict caravan. At the time of his demise he was “oh so close” to having cryptocurrency wallets to receive his huge liens “any day now”.
The tragic waste of life of the Freeman On The Land nutter…

These FOTLers are so “free” that they are chained to and drowning in reams of paperwork as soon as someone looks at them funny. It takes up their whole lives & all their money; it destroys their relationships and gives them criminal records and county court judgements. Insanity & destitution are their bedfellows. He had so much time for Disney video chats because he was so lonely she was what he’d been reduced to for human contact, what a tragic way to go.

  7. One of the star qualities of the Hampstead Satan Hunters is their natural instinct to shoot themselves in the feet. Stupid people shoot themselves in the foot; Hampstead Satan Hunters go the extra mile to shoot themselves in both feet.

Since she got involved in the Hampstead Hoax bandwagon, Angela Power Disney has aged physically before the camera faster than Bolt can do 100m sprints; and her brain has gone off to Lanzarote, and never bothered to come back. It is an irony really that Disney in trying to help Paterson ended up digging a bigger hole for him.

Angela Power Disney is a walking Jinx. Anyone who has hunter the “Satanic” pokemons would be aware of the Jynx pokemon, and I do believe that the NWO had Disney in mind when they created the character. Anyway, like all jinxes, bad things happen to all those that come into contact with Angela Power Disney: arrests; deaths; sectioning; bad luck. Just ask John Paterson (sectioned/jailed) and Baron David Ward (you can’t, he is dead) how their meetings with jinxy old Angela turned out for their prospects in life. And I do keep an eye on old flames of Disney such as Rupert Wilson Quaintance; and his life has been in a spiral and a dump since the “bottom” incident with Angela Power Disney; he is suffering a touch of jinx it seems.

If he had thought about it he could have saved himself and a lot of other people a lot of distress.

It didn’t help that she said “get Walt off ice and down here” (he’s supposedly been cryogenically frozen). Her protestations that she had been a paid up member of the Mickey Mouse club when young were also ignored.

It was just one of life’s little adventures but the worst part of course is that long, long horrendous bus ride to and back from Disneyland through the most run down part of LA.

In a very stupid video posted yesterday [6th June 2021] Lowe speaks direct to camera [so no argument about who said the words], libels EC and also further libels EC in the video description. As the video is clearly designed to intimidate EC and lies about her, Hoaxtead and other matters, and comes within days of the sentencing of another fruitloop John Paterson, who had been harassing and threatening EC and others, it is hard to see how Lowe’s video isn’t an attempt at witness intimidation.
