In today’s video instalment we take a trip down memory lane—it’s been almost two years since Rupert Quaintance was found guilty of stalking Hampstead families, and was sentenced to nine months in Wandworth Prison.

We think it’s time to take a fair and balanced look back at the case which preoccupied us all while it was going on: what happened? Who was involved? What were the implications of Rupert’s trial in the long term? And what’s with that Roger Flutterby fellow, anyway?

Please note: Rupert’s sentence included a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order which prevents him from discussing the Hampstead case, and this means that he has no right of reply to this video. We would therefore ask readers to refrain from comments which could be construed as provocative.

  1. I think we’ve all said plenty about Rupert and not sure there’s any thing to add. He’s basically another casualty of this whole debacle who was led on by the usual suspects and he paid a price for it.

    Which again points the madness of this new crew pushing Wanoa”s cause such as this Kaley lass who seems relatively new to the phony water energy rubbish and not the brightest of the bunch. She keeps intimating she is also fighting for “justice” for a certain matter which we know is the hoax. When Sabine and Rupert were jailed Wanoa’s crazy scheme wasn’t even on our radar but not it’s become central because he, Paterson, Neelu and especially Devine have melded it nicely into Wanoa’s scheme. Hampstead has gone on far longer than the @pizzagate madness which has basically fizzled out because the loon set seek new sensations all the time. But not our lot.

    Their inability to think laterally about all this is explemified by the new Jeffrey Epstein drama. I’ve been perusing Twitter and Facebook feeds and the excitement in the troofer troops is palpable. To a man/woman they think this is going to finally end with Hilary in jail because of Bill Clinton’s association with Epstein completely ignoring Donald Trump’s. Not that I have a clue where it will all end but their ability to get everything completely backwards is probably one of their main traits.

  2. What really amuses me is that this bunch of loonies think that the NZ Authorities are going to take any notice of their demands and threats from thousands of miles away! Andy Pandy seems to be getting more and more deluded and paranoid every day. He actually thinks that millions and millions of dollars are heading his way courtesy of King Johns all encompassing edict! The dentally deficient monarch cannot even afford a decent hovel let alone a palace. The Pavement Taster appears to have been abandoned by the Sarf London mob ( even though Andy reckons they are mobilising the woodchippers right now ) and the Navy appears to have left the ports for parts unknown. And whats all this bollocks about The Pavement Taster being 20 years in the Navy?? He was on cruise ships not the HMS Victory!!! They are drowning in their own bullshit. Pathetic tossers.

    • Paterson has said as much many times and that he still has a croupier’s license. Pity he didn’t spend the last few years working on the tables with the incredible boom in giant cruise ships. It makes me wonder what happened to him in as he would have left the boats in his 40s and seems to have drifted from flat to caravan ever since. Perhaps mental illness set in early.

      I think Neelu and Devine (and Kaley) are basically now participating in an illegal harassment campaign against the hospitals and need to be very cautious. Not many people put evidence of their actions online. Devine and Neelu’s claim that the police arrested Paterson so he couldn’t file his appeal papers (against charges Devine claims he was found Not Guilty of ?) is ridiculous- anyone can file them for him.

      Devine was muttering after the last hang-up call to Paterson’s hospital as to the nationality of the nurse- Bosnian?, Croation?, maybe even Polish but the tone was definitely that Johnny Foreigner had some nerve hanging up on Andy.
      That’s an Englishman of course living in Greece.

  3. Good video. I too had hoped Rupert would have the sense to stay away. I would agree that he was very much misled, effectively groomed, by a group of people with malicious motives.

    • Yes, I felt a little sorry for him though he didn’t help himself by waving a knife around near children. Maybe if he hadn’t waved the knife he’d just have been deported.

      • Neelu keeps running into complete strangers outside the RCJ and they all have one thing in common: they’ve either been sectioned or they are trying to section them. Weird.
        Perhaps the Mother Ship has lured them all there a bit like that movie Close Encounters.

    • She is outrageous. She claimed in a recent video which she made of a policeman at the door- that he had a taser and was going to taser all the people inside. She lets him in so he can presumably search for who he was looking for -Edward?..and he then leaves after not having tasered anyone.
      She just fabricates things.

      • You’ve hit the nail on the head there, mate – not only does she fabricate things but she then uploads video footage showing she’s lying. I really don’t know why she does that. Remember the auction where she claimed the security guards had manhandled her, lifted her up and carried her out? Or the church warden who “assaulted” her? Or at least two videos where she showed her “bruises” to the camera, despite there clearly being no bruising whatsoever? Bizarre behaviour

    • Women is shocked that police have access to the courts which only happens in every court in every land. Advice from ‘Abel Danger”- a man forcibly retired as a commercial air pilot flying passengers as they deemed him a risk. Nice.

    • Who is the American woman who says Edward Ellis is handling her case (disbarred lawyer !) who advises her to contact the Provost Marshall at the US Embassy who will send the navy and army (which ones?- Admiral Paterson disposed at moment) to take her and her kids back to Kentucky ?. Devine nods sagely like he understands what’s going on. Madness, all around me madness.

        • Indeed, mate. His neighbours have suffered years of harassment from him. On a few occasions he’s even secretly photographed them taking their dog for a walk and posted the photos on Facebook. Oh and he also repeatedly accused them of murdering his cat. When said pussycat turned out to still be alive, did he retract the allegations? Did he bunnies.

Being unpleasant seems to be something promoted by people who are “in the rabbit hole” (I won’t say everyone because it’s dangerous to make blanket statements). I sometimes get odd things in my recommendation box in YouTube. I mentioned before that at one time I tried to reason with people who make videos about “transvestigation” and didn’t have much luck. Well it seems (nothing to do with me I hasten to add) that a couple of former “transvestigators” have thought better of things and have made a channel called “Transvestigation the Psyop” basically retracting what they said formally.     Well not for me because I’m not too hot on this legalese but I’m sure the rest of you will be able to follow it. This is just a sample passage and I think are probably another 40 like it or 20 pages. This will sort them out:

Then again, apart from being an offensive thug, all he does is regurgitate and repost others’ FOTLer nonsense and egg them on safe from his bunker.

On the evidence available Prime Minister Mrs May used Health Dictator Powers and the Organ Transplant Doctors for a Discredit Fraud against the Equity Lawyer. The First Effort used the Organ Transplant Doctors for a Secret Process that got a Mental Health Case Reference Fraud by the GP that was Without Delusion Proof + Without Notice + Without Examination + Without Jurisdiction. An Examination Consent Refusal by the Equity Lawyer force the Organ Transplant Doctors to use Kidney Transplant Denial Blackmail with Mental Examination Consent Demands. It got an Examination Consent Refusal and Blackmail Investigation by the Equity Lawyer. It got Blackmail Complaint Case Reference Denial Fraud Proof against the Sussex County Hospital Trust, Guy’s Hospital Trust and the Organ Transplant Doctors. The Equity Lawyer made a Care Package Application that got an Application Reference Denial Fraud Proof against East Sussex County Council. The Equity Lawyer has Protection Rights from the Crown and Parliament. The Mental Health Fraud Proof and Blackmail Fraud Proof was Protection Breach Contempt Fraud Proof for the Citizen, Crown and Parliament against the Cabinet and Prime Minister.

    Law Court Judges made Restraint Breach Contempt Case References to the Attorney General to get Protection Frauds. They failed to get a Criminal Prosecution or a Restraint Breach Imprisonment Application against the Equity Lawyer. On 13th June 2019 at the Contempt Fraud 2018 00347 Trial the Attorney General Advocate presented the Restraint Order against the Equity Lawyer. The High Court Justice did not use it for a Prison Committal Fraud against the Equity Lawyer. It forced the Protection Fraud Network use of the Organ Transplant Doctors for Kidney Failure Treatment Denial Blackmail and Mental Health Fraud Powers for an Arrest Warrant Fraud.

    Corrupt Officers were desperate. They made Protection Fraud Demands. It forced the Protection Fraud Network to use Human Organ Transplant Professionals to use Blackmail with Kidney Failure Denial Fraud Threats and Mental Examination Consent Demands. It got a Consent Refusal from the Equity Lawyer. He went into hiding immediately. The Organ Transplant Professionals used Mental Health Powers and Misrepresentation Frauds for an Arrest Warrant Fraud. The Protection Fraud Investigations of the Crown, Lord Bishops and Honourable Members needed to observe the Mental Health Frauds. On the evidence available GCHQ did not disclose the location of the Equity Lawyer to the Protection Fraud Network. Citizen Ms Berry has Video Records of Repeat Efforts to find the Equity Lawyer at 450 New North Road, Hainault. The Resource Allocation Orders of the Metropolitan Police are Relevant Evidence for the Protection Fraud Investigation of the Crown and Lord Bishops.

    The Dictator and Protection Fraud Network needed to deprive the Corruption Victims of Legal Services and Medical Services. They use the Law Profession Unfitness Case 2006 94562 Findings as an Obvious Disqualification Fraud for Career Blackmail of All Qualified Lawyers. They used the Legal Service Act 2007 and Civil Contempt Powers against anyone Unqualified Persons who Legal Assistance for Corruption Victims. They used Unfitness Investigation Frauds and Criminal Investigation Frauds as Intimidation Frauds against Homeopathic Doctors to deny Medical Services.

    Citizen Mr Paterson says he received a No Further Action Notice from the Crown Prosecution Service. He went to the Royal Courts to file the Protection Breach Contempt Fraud Appeal. The Protection Fraud Network needed to stop him. They used a Criminal Investigation fraud for a Mental Health Fraud and Forced Medication Fraud for an Issue Refusal Fraud or Self Representation Denial Fraud. .

    The Equity Lawyer will make a decision whether, and if so when to require Kidney Failure Treatment as a Confidence Test of the Protection Fraud Network. He can do that now the Protection fraud Investigation has Corruption Proof against the Organ Transplant Doctors, Mental health teams and the Protection Fraud Network.

    Mr Pead is a Corruption Victim. The Trial fraud 2018 0417 is listed for 15th July 2019 in Norwich Crown Court. The Equity Lawyer asked Mr Pead to use his case for a Jurisdiction Test of the Crown Prosecutors and Crown Court Judges in the week before the Office Seals Collection Event. Mr Pead has written books that explain the Corruption Cases. He said he had written to the Queen. The Equity Lawyer explained, or tried to explain, that a Complaint Letter to the Queen was Inadmissible Evidence for the purposes of the Corruption Remedy Process. Admissible Evidence is Official Records that are Justice Proof for Honourable Officers or Guilt Proof against Corrupt Officers and Credibility Irrelevance Proof for the Victim. The Crown and Lord Bishops need his Corruption Proof used in a way that gets either Remedy Proof for the Prosecutors and or Judges or Remedy Refusal Proof against them. It needs the Corruption Proof used for a Jurisdiction Trial that gets either a No Jurisdiction Admission or Finding for the Citizen against the State or a Jurisdiction Finding Fraud for the State against the Citizen. Mr Paed does not have the confidence to do that. The Statement dated 4th July 2019 of the Equity Lawyer is the Jurisdiction Evidence Offer. The Case Management Proposal dated 5th July 2019 and the DRAFT Representations evidence how Mr Pead could use it. The Response Email dated 7th July 2019 from Mr Pead gives Case Use Consent and a Remedy Process Contribution Refusal. It is Corruption Damage Proof for the Citizen, Crown and Parliament against the Dictator and Protection Fraud Network. The attachments evidence it. If Mr Paed cannot cope with servicing the Equity Monarchy Trusts at this stage of the Remedy Process then Lay Victims who do not have his communication skills cannot be criticised for incapacity to do so. His Local MP is familiar with the case.

    MPs can make a decision whether or not to find an MP Equity Lawyer who can assist Mr Pead in making best use of the case.

      A few years ago a fake barrister appeared in one of my courts and EVERYONE in the court – lawyers, legal adviser, magistrates, probation, usher, knew he was a fake immediately (everyone but the hapless “client” who had paid him good ££ for legal representation that is). It was quite reassuring to know that you might be a good lawyer or an indifferent lawyer but for everyone, 5 or 6 years of training did make a difference.
      Or so I thought until now.

      Not for nothing did a judge once describe Mr Ellis’s submissions as “the ramblings of an apparently deluded mind”.

      With regard to Brian Pead, he has some odd freeman ideas (indeed he used the peadonym “William Freeman for a while”) but I don’t think he’s quite so stupid as to fall for this, and he is I think too vain to want to go to hell by any means but his own brand of stupid, not anyone else’s.

    • Noted the mention of Brian Pead going to Norwich Crown Court 14 July 2019. Brian Pead lives up to his name as being a convicted paedophile who was convicted in 2010 for grooming and soliciting a 14-year-old girl for sex. It seems he is in more legal trouble regarding children, thus the latest court case. He is also banned from his local library (from 2018) for abusing people.

      Brian Pead and others such as Rupert Wilson Quaintance do all victims of child abuse a great injustice, being themselves convicted of or associated with the abuse of children. Quaintance for instance was on public record saying how he wanted to have sex with a child. Most paedophiles are drawn to sexually abusing children out of a need for power and control over a vulnerable young body. Satan Hunters are also moved to act the the way they do under the guise of champions of truth, justice and liberty for the purposes of power and control over others. It is no surprise then that the Satan Hunter and the paedophile are so closely involved with each other.

      • Pead was briefly “represented” by Sabine McNeill in her McKenzie friend days when he was being tried for breach of his sexual offence prevention order and his restraining order. He kept a prison journal and published excerpts online in which he says that she approached him. He said he didn’t trust her but decided to use her services for the moment. In the end he represented himself and the result was 9 months for the SOPO with another month for contempt, followed by 2 years for the restraining order, proving once again that a man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client (he wouldn’t accept a legal aid lawyer, but approached a number of QCs, Gareth Pierce the solicitor for the Birmingham 6, and a solicitor from Middlesbrough, none of whom felt inclined to take the case on).

        He is a querulant and believes that everything bad which happens to him is a conspiracy. This includes an argument he got into with staff working for an electricity company who had come to cut off his landlord’s supply for non-payment – they were not of course staff working for an electricity company but evil agents of TPTB in disguise to frame him. They must have been quite junior members as they could only frame him for a summary public order offence and criminal damage, maximum penalty 6 months imprisonment.

    • I’m not at all surprised most hoaxers are happy to throw Sabine under the bus. They lack empathy or they wouldn’t do what they do. And they’re mostly narcissists, so other people only exist as props in their own story. Look at Devine, when John Patterson was missing. He immediately jumped to the conclusion that he’d been slain (despite Neelu sensibly but less excitingly postulating that he’d been arrested), and that that was all right if John’s death woke the people up from their sleep.

Going back a bit I did used to sometimes look at some “alternative” “news” channels on YouTube (even Alex Jones when he was pushing wacky theories in his show where he advertised somewhat suspect medicines) to get some idea of what the “out there” people were saying. Being honest, Tommy Robinson did make me laugh sometimes so I wonder if that is what has drawn some people to follow him. Not that I’m likely to be out chanting “Tommy, Tommy, Tommy” any time soon. FolornHoop was on to something a few days ago with the idea that too much internet/social media* can expose one to craziness. I do need the internet for the finite amount of work I do though. I’m sure there are loads of sensible people in America and they don’t all follow “Rebel Media” but there do seem to be some people in that nation who think TR and Katie Price are the great hopes for the British future.

    Forgive me if I’ve said this before, but it’s only a couple or three years since I became aware how enormous the conspiracy theory side of YouTube was/is. I started mentioning some of the things I’d seen and how outlandish they were to people I knew in real life – I don’t like people being maligned famous or not, but what can one old woman do or say to stop the craziness. I think there was some surprise that I hadn’t realised that there was a weird side to the internet (especially YouTube and to some extent Twitter – I don’t “do” Twitter). Of course one can’t go back in time, but I sometimes regret losing my previous ignorance.

    * I realise that social media are helpful tools for, say, keeping in touch with friends and family overseas.

  33. At the time I started watching conspiracy theory videos I was convalescing after having been in hospital. I’d been very anaemic – after some tests it turned out I was gluten intolerant. Keeping off gluten improved things but even now I’ve never completely got back to how I was (though I’m a few years older of course so that might be a reason for me being less spry). My TV had conked out so I had turned to YouTube for entertainment (though books were always an option). I mentioned recently that one conspiracy theorist (though I’m not sure she wasn’t deliberately confusing credulous people) has taken down her channel – she had said that the singer Prince (and it was very sad that he died when he did, he wasn’t ancient) had been “blood sacrificed” for the Queen’s birthday. But some of this woman’s followers who did seem cult-like really believed it. That particular YouTuber didn’t cover the Hampstead Hoax.

    I’ve said before I’m not a journalist and never have been but I was told once that responsible journalists don’t go with a story (or at least they never used to) unless they have three independent sources for a story. I don’t know if Owl or anybody that knows more about the media than myself (more firsthand anyway) can say whether that is true or not. (The three independent witness method wasn’t foolproof, hoaxes like the Hitler Diaries were printed). Now that everybody and their Auntie can be a “journalist” I wish they would exercise some responsibility.

          • Even the unemployed find life becomes difficult when they are bankrupted.
            In my scenario a whole host of people would be lumped together as it has clearly been a conspiracy: from Bellender to those living in council housing etc.
            The problem then becomes the wealthy have to subsidise the poor or try and extract themselves from a group of defendants.

            I’ve seen this in several cases as in one from 10 years ago where I acted as support for a plaintiff ( a ‘McKenzie Friend even though I didn’t know the term then).
            Oddly it was those with the least to lose (non home-owners) who panicked the most and put pressure on the 2 wealthier defendants who had actually driven false claims.
            In the end that matter was settled out of court with both sides paying their own costs but the ‘winner’ could afford it and the losing defendants fumed as they were hit with $1000s each for what?.

            Add in the fact anyone who has no money will never be able to get a solicitor to take on their case as in such matters they sensibly ask for money up front- lots of it.
            And people can still be hit for legal costs even if they settle quickly and apologise.
            I have a pal who has a business up North in the UK who had an ex-employee post on Facebook that his ex-employer stinted people on wages. The employer sent legal threats and the ex-employer recanted quickly and apologised as the employer was able to show written communications between both that they were negotiating a pay-off but there was difficulty calculating the hours the employee had worked. End result: the ex-employee had to fork out nearly £4000 for the employer’s legal costs and the money he was owed was around £3K. Own goal.

            Of course libel cases have to be started within 12 months or..a potential plaintiff must legally ensure the defamer is on notice they may take action at any time. And any defamation case can take years but it’s always the costs that devastate the losing party and..I know my pal, who I assume acts like others specializing in this field will successfully seek orders if he can show a defendant is potless and liable to frustrate the courts knowing they can’t pay in the end or seek orders preventing a defendant from disposing of assets if he thinks they may do so.
            The Hampstead Hoax is a bit unique as it’s not just one badly worded article in a newspaper but years of libel on the net and elsewhere.
            And unfortunately you would be dealing with a group of people who think huge failures are great successes because they are “over the target”.

      • If you are ever taken to court for alleged harassment Angie the prosecution would have to prove you are guilty.
        It’s how it works even in Ireland- not the other way around- someone doesn’t have to prove they are innocent.
        I only speculate again but I would think one way of proving harassment would be entering into evidence into a court the accused’s on-line history of false accusations against the aggrieved victim.
        But no-one would be foolish enough to post endless false accusations on the internet under their own name surely?

  37. When I was ill a few years ago I was very glad that the health services realised there was something amiss. I didn’t like going into hospital but better to do that and start a recovery than not go in and become progressively weaker. I’m not saying the health service never makes mistakes but I’d still rather have an NHS than not have one.

    I am not a qualified psychiatrist so I’m not going to add to that lay diagnosis but it’s gratifying to know that it’s not just us and The Powers That Be who think that is a distinct possibility based on the evidence that they continue to post in public.

    • Don’t listen to her. If you are going to add tomato puree, you add it before the spices to caramelise it and cook out the raw flavour. If she can’t be trusted on something as basic as this, what can you trust her on?

  64. I haven’t listened to all (or indeed much of) the video “New Q Post. # 3,420 Link UK Kids “Papa Kills Babies”. Anthony Weiner ‘ Back To Prison’? READ.” by “Red Pill Ken” who is mentioning the hoax. He may be a person who has legitimately been duped (how the heck can anyone believe in Q?). The comments are something else though.
