Video share: From defeat to victory—How a trial collapsed & destroyed the hoax

Those of you who’ve been following the Hampstead SRA hoax for a longish time will probably recall the dismay many of us felt when Sabine McNeill and Neelu Berry’s 2016 trial concluded with a verdict of “no case to answer”.

At that time, we (and Belinda McKenzie) fearlessly predicted that the one good thing to come out of that trial—the restraining orders—might finally put cap on the hoax.

This week’s video gives an insider’s view of that trial, and shows how it affected Sabine’s 2018 trial, which would result in a nine-year prison sentence:

  1. Phenomenal work as always, EC 👍🙂🎯🏆
(It’s 4:33, Malcolm, if you’re still monitoring my “arse-licking schedule”.)

The antics of Neelu and Christine at the church protests were outrageous, particularly regarding the trauma they inflicted on several terrified children. (And not just those two – lest we forget the antics of Mark ‘Ceylon’ Haining, Justyna Rzeska, Leigh Ravenscroft and Jim McMenamin.) In fact, they were what prompted me to get involved in the Hampstead thing in the first place (and I think I’m right in saying that’s true of some other people here too).

    • Having said that, the slanging match between Christine and John ‘Stuntman’ Taylor was good for a giggle:

        • Yes EC their behaviour outside the church was disgusting. Christine Sands didn’t think twice about shouting about babies being f#cked even though there were children attending the church service with their parents.

      • I’m glad you mentioned the terrified child within the church during their demos. I hadn’t heard that before but of course, I recall instances as a child were I was frightened by sometimes misconceived thoughts that something bad was going to happen to one of my parents.
My mother was once stopped at a department store and falsely accused of shop-lifting and the brief 10 minute drama had me in tears as I thought she was going to jail forever (consequently she became a PI and for a time..a store detective!).

The Hampstead children, apart from the main players are often forgotten. They could not possibly have not been aware the traumas their parents were going through. Even if not the details children instinctively pick up on a parent’s troubles. We have no idea how such traumas may linger in their minds and affect them over the years.

It does well to remember them in all of this. They are real victims and while these nutters continue their endless campaigns it must be bizarre to look on the web and see a bunch of people supporting a convicted drug dealer in Greece and weird Kiwi in NZ who claims he is the rightful Ruler of the UK and in his “message to the troops” at 11am on the 29th 2019 (hope it’s archived) actually mentions the Hoaxtead lot as “enemies of the people”. We know what he has said must happen to the “enemies” and he’s just appointed John Wood Chipper Paterson as head of the navy.
I wonder what the laws are in New Zealand about one of their citizens threatening murder of people in other countries?. A promoter of the Mosque murder video has just been jailed for a fairly long time. Their government seems to be cracking down heavily on promoters of terrorism and Wanoa is one no matter how mad we think he is. All the Maori biker gangs support this (except for one right wing lot).

      • Agreed both, though that’s not what the content of that video is – it’s a confrontation between Sands and John Taylor.

  2. Yay! Revolution day has finally arrived 😀

Let’s hope this coup is as successful as the last one back in the heady Spring of 2019 AD, which saw the ‘Barring of the King’ at Heath Row, the tragic Tesco Car Park Cheesecake Massacre and the infamous Battle of Hyde Park, in which a whopping 10 revolutionaries descended on the now famous battleground and stood around moaning whilst the enemy, resplendent in their black, white and blue uniforms and warrior caps politely asked them to be good and not cause any trouble. Let’s hope today is just as thrilling and significant…!

I still haven’t discovered what role Benedict Cumberpatch plays in all this but they keep mentioning his name in dispatches.
And how mean of Imelda Marcos to live off the Lord Wanoa. She lives in Hawaii yes?. I believe the Lord Wanoa claims jurisdiction over that as well. Should I be worried here in Oz?. Ominously, I noticed the council has renewed some light posts fairly near me- replacing old wooden ones with sturdy metal posts.

According to the latest decree under King’s Park bench Law and Lord Wanoa which is going out LIVE now.
You’ve broken contract EC and trespassed and all mortgages have been declared null and void and the Queen’s Law has now been banished. Lots of other gobbledygook. All five listeners said “aye” – I think it’s a common law court meanwhile Master of The Navy John Paterson is in charge of dissolving The City of London.
Comment of The Day : Heather Jane Devine : “I tried to tell everyone the truth”.

Of course we laugh at this absolute garbage but John Wanoa and his crew really are nasty, common, vicious little nobodies who would be petty dictators if they could be and execute people without trial if they only could.
        Absolute scum of the earth.
Devine is claiming “I never meant any harm”. They are bat shit crazy morons but dangerous as well. Mentioned a Protected Witness as well. Devine trying to claim he never threatened anyone.
This petty convicted drug dealer who looks like he ahsn’t bathed for a year is pontificating as if he is the font of all knowledge and has the absolute gall and arrogance to intone that he has been ‘educating” – educating a bunch of loons who are as Thick As Shit.

And Devine and these absolute dolts seem to really believe this balderdash is actually happening.
As for Frank McElheron whose Facebook profile is being used to broadcast this crap: he’s “lost for words”
Are these people so devoid of a life, so lacking in friendship, have such incredible feelings inferiority and lack of power they believe this fairy tale?.

It is NOT a forum to defame people. I think you should tell LinkedIn that their forum is being used to spread libel, Islamophobia, racism and antisemitism.
Devine, Wanoa, Berry et all are like a nasty virus or cancer that keeps spreading as “antibiotics” defeat them on various social media.

Devine has now concluded his live broadcast and probably gone back to cooking sausages in the boot of his car. What an absolute creature he is. Those legitimate Maori right’s groups should be ashamed of themselves giving him oxygen.

          • Back in 2007, the co-leader of the Maori Party was paying attention to Wanoa and his stolen Tidal Energy plan. Basically he had promised that his generator, unlike the original Kaipara Harbour proposal from Crest Energy, would grease the right palms.
The Maori Party turned out to be shameless opportunists who were happy to prop up a right-wing gubblement and policies of austerity as long as they personally received nice jobs and lucrative contracts and mention in the New Year’s Honours list, so no surprises there.

          • Wanoa uses classic con-man tricks.
He may well have convinced those Maori leaders in one meeting that he had access to $Millions and they wanted to keep him on side.

All his ridiculous claims: negotiating with that Thai based German millionaire etc. One trick is obvious: he said he was “in discussions with Ernst & Young ” (or a similar huge world-wide accountancy firm). Turned out he had made a phone call, got hold off a receptionist and made his pitch and she probably said “I’ll get someone to call you back” to get rid of him.
So he can legally say he’s “in discussions”. I notice on LinkedIm he makes a similar claim about a top NZ private investigator who would probably be horrified to know he’s being quoted. I think Wanoa had sent him a prospectus.

All this makes me think John Wanoa is not quite the crackpot we think rather a man with decades of small cons but it’s become second nature and the truth and lies are so intermingled he probably doesn’;t even know what’s true any more.
Come across too many in my time that attempt to dazzle and weave webs of confusion around you while spinning dreams of a great success just around the corner but basically, they convinced you to pick up the dinner tab. With Wanoa, it probably really is about getting Devine or Paterson to stump up just another few £25 “donations” and if it means telling someone he is now Admiral of the His Majesty’s Royal Navy then so be it.

I worked on the crew of the first Matrix and these deluded fans make me laugh. It’s when I decided to move to Oz permanently. Most of the crew and certainly the actors including the lead roles had little idea what the frigging story was and often only got their lines a couple of days beforehand. I recall a couple of times when Keanu Reeves treated the entire crew and cast to dinner and drinks when he booked out a nearby restaurant after a few days grueling filming and we’d all chat about how confusing the story was. Nearly all the film was shot on green or blue screen and the most work was done on computers. We all, including actors, just did as directed without really knowing from day to day what would unfold.
The script notes handed around described how the story would have on-going changes as it was a work in progress. It’s huge success was really unexpected as the producers feared the public wouldn’t be able to follow the story and it was one of the longest films in editing in memory because of this.

I’ve said it so many times- This Mob treat many Hollywood films as documentaries.

      • Ghostie, when I first became aware of the nuttiness in some corners of YouTube, I noticed that some of the “transvestigators” cited the Matrix – they didn’t seem aware that the writers of the Matrix had later transitioned, though I think they were still brothers at the time the Matrix was written. I haven’t seen The Matrix the film. Still, the people making such videos in their corner of the Looniverse have found their milch-cow and carry on saying actor X is really a woman and actress Y is really a man. Lunacy! Methinks it is a con. Unless the people making such videos are themselves deluded and believe them. I said before I used to try and reason with people online (under an alias) but for the most part I was called a shill or accused of being transgender myself. I’m not – I was born a female and am still a female. There seemed to be some confusion about Swygert Syndrome and androgen insensitivity syndrome (intersex conditions were XY individuals develop outwardly as female – I’m not a doctor so can’t explain it clearly) and transgenderism. I’ve weaned myself away from such videos now but can recall there was somebody waffling on about freemartinism and saying something about XY foetuses being deliberately flooded with female hormones in utero to make them develop AIS or CAIS or Swygert’s. And some of their cultish followers swallow it as gospel. That Heather person who made the Shoe0nHead video did a hatchet job video on Miranda Hart. I kid you not under the video one commenter had said something about “Do you think this one was done in utero?” This was last year; I try to avoid those videos now, they just make me so angry, and I’ve been singularly unable to persuade the die-hard members of this “transvestigation” cult that what they are doing is cyber-bullying and unpleasant. Sorry, I didn’t mean to write “War and Peace”. Is Australia less prone to this sort of nuttiness than the northern hemisphere? I can recall a couple of Australian conspiracy theorists from when I went (accidentally) down the rabbit hole – Mary40 and JungleSurfer. There was a comment on one of JS’s videos (where he was saying Victoria Beckham was a lad and David Beckham was a lassie) and where the poster had said that this type of video destroyed JS’s credibility for ‘sensible’ subjects such as Flat Earth.

        • I love the Wachowskis and I’m still a bit lost on who has swapped sex. I was in a pretty lowly position on The Matrix, really just a glorified gofer but had to be there most of the time no matter how boring filming can be over a really long day. Only one of the Wachowskis occasionally called into the set – think I saw him once .

Australia is pretty easy going which can be a blessing and curse. I think the endless mainly good weather and plenty of outdoor activities mean people have heaps of other things to think about so don’t obsess like many Brits and after all, the heaviest influence on the country is British. I expect Spain is similar when Brits settled there and start relaxing a lot more.

Which is why I can’t believe Devine in Greece. What a wonderful country and lifestyle and all he seems to do is preach doom and gloom over his PC. Mad.

  5. I’m confused – wasn’t Neelu’s entire argument for leaving Edward alone based on her claiming that he doesn’t have kidney failure? Is this the same Neelu who just last week was banging on about how he wasn’t ill, he walks 5 miles every day, swims 6 miles yadda yadda and it’s all a fraud? 🤔

    Liked by 3 people

    • There is something contradictory about Neelu’s ravings about EWE. For example, he’s “not been treated for 6 months”. So where did the March test result magic itself from? She’s complaining that they’ve “left a fistula untreated since December.” A fistula is made by doctors treating kidney patients by connecting a vein to an artery to give a better site for ongoing dialysis. Clearly he has been getting treatment.

What is more likely is that she has been relentlessly poisoning his mind about “NHS death squads”, resulting in him removing himself from treatment and she is now trying to cover up her culpability.

    • There are still laws of Treason on the books and Andy Devine and John Paterson have (allegedly) breached them many times quite apart from calling for the murder of other citizens. The penalty can be life imprisonment.
Unfortunately mad people aren’t usually prosecuted but just how “mad” are this lot?.

      Liked by 2 people

      • I’m sure others will correct me on this, but my understanding is that the legal definition of madness is not the same as the clinical definition.

As far as I’m aware, a person is considered “unfit to stand trial” if they are deemed to have lacked the mental capacity to apprehend the consequences of their actions at the time they allegedly committed the crime. Another consideration, I think, would be whether the person has the mental capacity to understand what is happening to them during the trial—in other words, can they get a fair trial in their mental condition?

However, a person such as Neelu (or indeed Sabine) who was characterised by HHJ Worsley in 2016 as “irrational, delusional, obsessive, and odd” may also be perfectly able to understand that what they did was against the law, but might not fit the legal criteria for “unfit to stand trial”, even though they are arguably not right in the head.

        Like

        • There are two different tests. My view is that Neelu Berry would not pass either, she is fit to stand trial and would not be successful in a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.

The test of not guilty by reason of insanity is still the Victorian M’Naghten test:

          (i) Every man is presumed to be sane, and to possess a sufficient degree of reason to be responsible for his crimes, until the contrary is proved.
(ii) In order to establish the defence of insanity, it must be clearly proved that, at the time of committing the act, the party accused was labouring under a defect of reason, from disease of the mind, as not to know the nature and quality of the act he was doing, or, if he did know it, that he did not know that what he was doing was wrong.
(iii) Every man must be taken to conclusively know the law of the land without any need for proof that he, in fact, does so.
(iv) A suitably qualified medical expert is entitled to give his opinion as to the defendant’s state of mind at the time of the commission of the crime.

“Disease of the mind” works in practice because it doesn’t limit the cause – orthodox mental illness, dementia, and epilepsy have all qualified, the question is whether the illness works on the reasoning capacity. “Wrong” means illegal, not morally wrong.

While medical evidence is usually called, it is not necessary.

My view is that while Neelu Berry might be diagnosable with a mental illness, when she breaches restraining orders or threatens people, she knows it’s illegal, and she isn’t irresistably impelled to act. So I think she would struggle to prove otherwise and the verdict is not open to her.

There is also (but only in the Crown Court) the verdict of unfit to plead. That means that, on the evidence of 2 medical practitioners, the defendant is suffering from a disability which means he is unable to defend himself. It relates to the defendant’s state at the time of trial, unlike an insanity verdict, which relates to the time of the offence.

It’s a very high test. An example is Greville Janner, who was suffering from dementia so severe he had lost most of the use of language and could not remember that he had been an MP. Neelu Berry would certainly not pass that test.

    Liked by 3 people

    • They definitely suffer from a weird psychiatric condition. The fact that one of them said just recently “the more you listen to John Wanoa the more you understand him” is beyond weird. Wanoa’s psycho-babble is a series of disconnected statements that are so removed from reality you have to wonder where it all came from.
I’ve watched him a few times where he struggles to even remember what he’s on about but then seems to dredge up some bit of claptrap lingering in his damaged brain and it sort of rolls out.

The real problem is: we all have sympathy for those with mental health issues and hope they can find treatment but the sad fact is a some of them are horrible, nasty creeps whether sane or mad.

      Liked by 3 people

    • I don’t think there is a single psychiatric condition from which they all suffer. In some ways it might make it easier if that were the case, as it would be possible to say, “Well, Person X suffers from Syndrome Y, and therefore they believe wacky things”. As it is, each person seems to come to it with their own collections of grievances and motivations, and some don’t believe any of it, but are merely pushing things along for their own reasons (related either to monetary gain or to ego gratification).

It was very thoughtful of those enemy countries to only put anti-aircraft stations right at the targets, rather than (say) trying to shoot down bombers before they get there. That’s what kept casualties so low.

    • Definitely less than 5 x 32 teeth in this conference.

I have to say that the beginning does sound like most video conferences I take part in but we usually take a bit less time to get going and don’t stream our blundering onto the interweb. I’ve never seen a court case with everyone chattering away in an internet cafe either. His Majesty has got to 31 minutes and has frozen because his battery’s flat. After that’s sorted out, we have a bit of difficulty with HHJ HM trying to get his microphone to work and we’re onto a torrent of incomprehensible drivel which somehow sweeps in Prince Andrew, the king and queen of Spain, and Imelda Marcos.

Right here at about 38 minutes we seem to be getting to the point [one of the justices of Kings’ Bench puts down his rollup and signals that he’s going off to get a cup of tea]: “We are seizing the whole trust and dissolving it into the Kings’ Bench Court and the kings crown corporoation So I’m here as the surrogate king of those kings and also the creditor with John Paterson as being the principal of these loans and mortgages and liens that are being created for the wealth that’s missing. And I’ve put that figure, 970 million tillion trillion £ notes over the crown corporations nbusiness that has to get out of court and they’re to come up with the loss umm um um treasure.”

And on and on he goes, give him credit he can keep going with non-stop without needing a breath. If there were a Guiness Record for speaking drivel non-stop he would defo be a contender. I’m going to skip forward an hour and see if he’s still going. …

1.40 and he’s still going. Lee Cant has gone, who can blame him.

2.30 still going, looks as if I may have hit a new paragraph. He makes a declaration that he’s taking over from the Queen. Today was the last day to make a counterclaim – he gave people 2008 to today and amazingly no-one has paid any attention so he can lock everyone up and take all their £££ and no-one can interfere.

A long ramble about how God’s law is the highest law.

Then off on another Olympic standard torrent of drivel, I will skip foward a bit more. Still going at 3 hours and he says “that’s all I need to say for now here [but wait for it …]… and now I’ll go down to the last bit, oh that’s not the right one…” He thinks the slience at the other end means they have all left, but no, they’re just sitting there in a catatonic state. Can you really bore someone to death?

We’re back with Tasman and Cook, so I’m going to skip forward a bit more. He’s reading a list of the usual conspiraloon suspects. Assorted Rothschilds, George Soros, he’s struggling to read the names. “They are the main people who are in this court hearing today” – where did they come from? What happened to HM the Queen, Imelda Marcos, etc? “We’re making law and it’s law that’s challenging your law and your law is slient which means you have no say. This is a writ of execution, Karen Irving [children P father] Ailisa Fudge, [and so on], these are extra names which are going on. There is trillion point bounty on your head to lock you up. That law is rigid, rigid, as you’re tampering with the highest court of law which is commerce”. Gosh, God’s law didn’t last. “We’re going to make Britain great again for you natives.”

He says you should be able to do a case in a half an hour, which is a bit rich at 3 hours 31 minutes.

Then at 3:33 he says he’s wrapping it up and there will be another hearing. Despite having a jury of 3 good men and braindead, he doesn’t ask them for a verdict “The jury says ‘aye’ not now, when I’m finished. We’re making statements to the world that we know what we’re doing we’re taking this Crown Corporation business to task.”

“That’s our job to tell the people what we’re going to do and do it.” And now he’s off on another ramble about mortgages, being a “broker, liquidator, something like that “.

“So it is now time for me to call on you the jury to make a ruling that everything I’ve said is the truth and nothing but the truth so help me god ,and taht is our oath off office …” and he’s off again, they don’t get a word in edgeways.

Lee Cant, Edward Ellis and Neelu Berry are given the job of getting him the £££. And Andy Devine will handle the media and the security.

Ah, finally, “all say ‘aye’ in this [ramble, ramble, ramble]”.

“Aye”. they all say, and he then declares that the city of London is dissolved nad John Paterson is master of the Royal Navy.

And then he’s off again, does he breathe through his ears?

He then asks Andy Devine to summarise this. That would be too dificult for someone of considerably greater intellect than Andy Devine so he just says that as no-one refuted this, it must be true. He goes on to say “I never meant any injury loss or harm to anyone and we can now make this world a beautiful place which is all we wanted to do.”

Cuppa tea man summarises it by saying “lost for words, lost for words”.
The final member of the jury Anthony Wythenshawe (?) reads a short Wanoa statement.

A final comment from Andy Devine about his last video which was taken down – all he was saying was, stop this nonsense, he uttered no threats. Another warning that we’re in the Matrix. He finishes by saying like your mum, I’ve worked my fingers to the bone for you all and this is how you repay me.

I must admit I somewhat admire Wanoa’s ability to ramble on for hours non-stop. So I guess under the new Lord Wanoa empire they are going to solve the current crisis in British law re funding cuts to legal aid etc by simply not requiring the accused to turn up at court and present their defence, just have a few chosen citizens pronounce “aye” on instructions from a man in New Zealand broadcasting from the local pool or s library internet cafe.
And as they seem to not even inform the accused they are under trial, except by an obscure LinkedIn page, eventually they’ll not bother with trials and proceed straight to execution.

I’ve often wondered how in the past citizens would happily turn up for executions, Tyburn and so on, if they would do the same today. After all they didn’t have reality TV back then but it seems there are still plenty o bloodthirsty types who would enjoy a good mass wood-chipping in Hyde Park. it’s a messy business the new Wanoa Law. Some lucky person could get the concession for selling yellow raincoats this being King’s Park Bench Commerce Law

  11. I’m new to this lark and conspiracy theories. I love the comedy on this site but I fear it is lost on the people it’s aimed at. I’ve noticed that delusional people lack a sense of humour, especially the kind where you can laugh at yourself. I think you all have courage to counter their arguments but I think I’m bowing out as I’ve seen how utterly mad and viscous these conspiracy theorists can be. I noticed a lot of them believe in Jesus and I thought he was into loving your neighbour and turning the other cheek. I’m a late adopter of social media and this has really shocked me seeing all the YouTube videos and how appalling people can be to each other. I fear if I stay here I may go quite mad. This is a great blog but the subject is too painful and I’ve seen too many disturbed people on YouTube attracted to this subject. There’s a guy who stands out as a decent fellow who brings sanity to a mad place and his name is Flo Destroyer and there are many like him out there and on this blog. Good luck to you all and I hope this all gets resolved in the end and best wishes to you all, whatever camp you are in.

    • Thanks for the good wishes, and I know what you mean about getting sucked into the vortex of madness. I think much of the humour here is an attempt to keep that from happening, and as I’m sure you’ve noticed there are a lot of “in-jokes”—not intended to drive newcomers away though! You’re right that Flo is an excellent commentator, very straightforward and sane. Take care!

    • Forlorn, I don’t know if you’ll see this id you are leaving the blog, though I don’t blame you as what you say is correct. I have only usually commented under conspiracy theorist channels under an alias because of how nasty some of the people can be. Conspiracy theories have always been about of course, though they used to be more about the Loch Ness Monster (I’d kind of like there to be a Loch Ness Monster but I’m pretty sure there isn’t) and was there life on other planets. Now there is downright nastiness. I have sometimes listened to William Ramsey and Ed Opperman (though the latter was duped by a certain “Rupert” I think). I don’t agree with everything on their channels (especially the chap, now deceased, who thought nobody went to the moon) but I don’t disagree with everything either. William Ramsey led me to Roberta Glass’s true crime channel – she’s usually (to me at least) an interesting listen. I heard something on OR recently (it was a re-posting of an old programme) about somebody (who to me sounded as mad as a box of frogs) claiming that some of the doughnuts (donuts? – I’m British so spell the British way) on sale at VooDoo Doughnuts were coded expressions for a liking for children in an unwholesome way. I thought well some of the doughnuts might have been in bad taste but probably weren’t coded meanings for anything insalubrious. As for the tendency for people who bash this blog to imply that anyone who says anything contrary to their mantra is a satanist, I can only speak for myself and I couldn’t even read Dennis Wheatley novels (not his black magic ones – the historical ones I could take) and I can’t bring myself to try Philip (sp?) Pullman’s novels. Anything like that gives me the creeps. Myself, I have only been an intermittent commenter here although I have sometimes watched a certain Penguin’s videos. I am getting on in years and don’t want to have to deal with the attempted doxing, vicious attacks and other unpleasantness that people who have taken a stand to refute this hoax have had to put up with, so I remain a bystander really.

      • I like watching true crime documentaries and arrived here and it feels like this is true crime here and not at a safe distance. I wanted distraction from my own narrow life and I found it here but it is disturbing as I fear people have been hurt. I know the vast number of people are decent but it just feels this place attracts all the nutters and that frightens me and I don’t have the courage to face any more pain in life especially from the skilled wordsmiths of threat and vexing of the innocent. Hammer House of Horror was the nearest I came to anything of the dark nature and it was a laugh but my word we have a can of worms here on the net. I’ve only been watching this stuff for 2 weeks and I’m shocked. A lot of people need sectioning as far as I’m concerned. Just be careful who you follow and don’t get pulled into anything negative. Anyway Auld Woman, it’s great to be Crotchety, and let us all grow old disgracefully.

Please could someone pass the address of Matt Taylor to me via Twitter, a team is to be sent to make a citizens arrest for high treason. I support the reinstatement in UK law of the penalty for high treason, which is death.

  13. Bit of an update on the Edward Ellis situation on a website new to me, definitely lit by the moonbeams of the lesser lunacy: https://everydayconcerned.net/. One notable feature about this website is the way it spares no effort to disclose personal data to the world.

Among other things we get a copy of the executed MHA warrant, the recording of the confrontation with the nephrologist and Mrs Berry’s traditional phone call to the hospital. Mrs Berry’s view of Mr Ellis’s illness has changed very radically from “there’s nothing wrong with his kidneys” to “he’s seriously ill with his kidneys and it’s all the hospital’s fault”. It looks as if, as some people on here predicted, she is starting to worry that she might be partly to blame, and as ever with Mrs Berry, if she finds any blame attaching to her, she feels obliged to pass it on.

We also get the document Mr Ellis had to risk his life to complete. It’s been rather taken over by the mental health and kidneys issue though.

    • He says he hasn’t had any comments from a “normal person” – presumably about the John Wanoa Kings Bench Court – so no change there then.

He tells us how upset he is with all the people who have fallen out him who include Gordon Bowden.Oh and Simon Bean and Dean Cumberbatch (who?). Norton Search informs me that Simon Bean is the founder of Veterans Against Terrorism and beloved of Tommy Yaxley-Robinson.

He reveals he’s only 52 years old, gosh, he’s not wearing well.

He then tells us that feelings don’t matter which is a bit of a change from 6 minutes before when he was saying how upset he was, but I think he means other people’s feelings. “A sleeping dog will never ever ever lie”.

He’s now talking to someone telling them he forgives them and goes on to say how much he hates them. I’ve obviously drifted off and lost who he’s talking to, ah, it’s Simon Bean again.

“John Wanoa can’t do anything without the people”. Hmm, is some light dawning I wonder?

He then goes off into an argument with someone else I’ve not heard of and back to this Simon Bean. He can’t get out of his mind the fact that this Bean has threatened him, which I suppose is fair enough, but he’s tying himself up by trying to persuade himself he doesn’t mind.

It looked as if he was going to finish off talking about his mum and dad, “perfect shepherds”, but he can’t stay away from the Simon Bean subject. We learn that the secret of his success is that he lets his inner child out and The End.

Known George forever- he’s currently in Australia as a judge on The Voice. I have no idea what really happened with the hustler he was jailed for but it was enough for him to give up drugs forever.
Even then his “victim” was a fairly well built Scandinavian well over the legal age and on the game (cast no aspersions there). George has conventional tastes when it comes to matters of the heart: big and butch and always legal.

They always confirm what I suspect. I’m not gay but this lot were probably virulent would-be gay bashers in
their day if not physically, mentally. They’ve replaced their homophobia with accusing gay men of being pedos. I recall in the 1980s employing a 17 year old Irish lad in our office and he was sort of overjoyed he was accepted by the other staff as he was incredibly camp. He told me once his life in Belfast as a gay kid was a nightmare and he was regularly bashed and a victim of hatred. Last heard off he was over-excited and traveling back to Ireland to live as he best friend told him the first “official” gay club was opening in Belfast.
Probably picketed by the likes of APD telling patrons they were going to Hell.

    • Looks like things are coming to a head with Neelu, she says her sister and mum used to pay her fines but of course both of them have died. So she’s had to sell the cars which she previously used illegally to incur fines. She and EWE were then living in her late sister’s home, but that is being repossessed too. Andy Devine cheerfully foretells, giggling slightly, that it’s going to get a lot worse for her.

She says she’s seriously considering leaving the country as her life’s in danger. She sounds very upset but he’s not really listening. She lets slip the word “veteran” and he’s off about Simon Bean, Facebook etc. A rant then follows which lasts for about 20 minutes without Neelu getting a word in edgeways. He tells her he disagrees with SwissIndo as not everyone is worthy of prosperity, John Wanoa will only give the £££ to the deserving, viz. Mr Devine.

Finally he takes a breath and she’s off on SwissIndo again and she deals with his point about the undeserving getting gold too – it’s OK as they will pay it all out in remedies. Andy Devine clearly doesn’t think much of that as a penalty, he says, “as Kenny Everett used to say [did he?] ‘we’ll round them up, we’ll put em in a field and we’ll bomb the bastards'”.

And then his phone starts to go flat, exit pursued by a bar.

    • Paterson there to appeal his suspended sentence and huge fine yet he claims he was found not guilty of all charges. Just weird.
Neelu babbling on about usual rubbish- arresting all judges etc.

But they let the truth slip- apparently Edward Ellis who is “very sick” as Neelu now claims yet a few days ago he was a healthy swimming, jogging man being “arrested” was at the court in the morning filing some rubbish. So he obviously hasn’t been detained under the Mental Health Act. Sounds to me like doctors talked some sense into him and he’s having dialysis and free to do whatever he wants (waste court workers time).
These people cannot distinguish what the truth is. And their attacks on well meaning health workers are vile.

As for that bloke they interview at the beginning who apparently bangs drums. He says local office workers are complaining that it’s hard to concentrate so the 3 of them chortle away that this is some type of victory and he says he’ll be bringing more drummers later that week.
What a bunch of nasty layabouts they are.I’m all for the welfare state but this lot happily accept payouts and then try to make the lives of those who contribute a misery and revel in it.

      • There’s another one just finished: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Pkc8FP7yGE described as MIND BLOWING INFORMATION. The first 15 minutes or so are Mr Devine struggling unsuccesfully with the technology and eventually he says that John Paterson has not been in touch with him or Neelu for 5 hours and his phone is turned off. He reads an email he got from him this morning which says “National emergency. I’m off to you-know-where.”

He rings a friend (Brian Setchfield) who tells him that “you-know-where” is the RCJ and that his applications to appeal was in the wrong form, and he had to reserve it and that was where he was this morning but after that he doesn’t know his whereabouts.

After about half an hour of streaming Mr Devine concludes that “he’s been taken”, and rushes swiftly to the worst possible conclusion, that John Paterson is either dead or immured permanently in a dungeon somewhere. He thinks about being upset about it and then decides not to as “maybe John has to go so that more people wake up and smell the coffee”.

Interestingly when he rings Neelu, she has a rather more analytical approach. She says he’s either been taken by the police or someone else, and if it’s the police, we could ask them. But that is clearly not exciting enough for Mr Devine.

Devine obviously doesn’t adsorb anything anyone else says and I’ve noticed when others are rambling he has a very distant look in his eyes.

Have Pratty & Neelu gone off for a tryst in Johnny’s seaside caravan?. They were getting very huggy in that last video.

          • Andy Devine jumped immediately to the most exciting option, which makes him and Paterson seem like freedom fighters. He dismissed Neelu’s rather more likely scenario, that he’s been arrested by the police. Boring possibilities like, his phone battery’s flat, he’s drunk, he’s having a kip, he wants a bit of privacy, he’s in an area with a poor signal, and half a dozen other reasons why people don’t answer their phone, are not even contemplated.

            Liked by 2 people

      • An awful lot of faffing around even by Mr Devine’s standards on this, after nearly an hour of stressing out his followers he just telephones the hospital, asks to speak to Wanoa and is put straight through, Wanoa says he has a blood pressure problem which is being treated and will soon be released. While he’s talking Devine spends his time abusing the moderators and telling them to delete comments faster. He seems a bit miffed that Wanoa isn’t telling him he’s in a stratjacket in a padded cell.

Or am I giving Kingy too much credit. Mind you in a ward Kingy will get a bed and his meals daily – though I don’t know if hospitals are free or paid for in New Zealand. In the UK we a short while past midsummer so the reverse is true in the southern hemisphere and although the days may gradually be getting longer there I could imagine it could still get nippy at night (depending on how close or not one was to the Equator).

He said/she said, he went to RJC yesterday to file papers, someone asked him if he knew Edward Ellis & he was taken into custody when he confirmed it. That’s Neelu’s version so there most likely us a completely different story to it if it’s true, there always is with Neelu! He also says he’s been assessed before and knows what to do “I’ll go through it, as I know, I’ve had two of these before, I know my appeals, and I’ll go through the process, to get my blood pressure back down so I comply with my pension [ and so on and so on].”

Whether Andy Devine has actually heard any of this depressing news or not, he does his usual thing of ignoring someone else’s problems (whether high blood pressure or being sectioned) and asks him about the tablets of the law, when Wanoa’s phone cuts out.

I rang the bank just to be on the safe side and apparently there have been loads of people ringing in asking about this particular scam. Makes a change from saying they are from Microsoft or from my telephone provider and (a) my broadband is going to be cut off or (b) my hub (router) is compromised in some way and wanting remote access to my computer (not flipping likely).

(My ex had the mobile number ‘right after mine’ eg 1234 and 1235- and her daughter had 1237, and I would get a spammer call mine first, and often seconds later, hers would ring- I used to love screwing with their heads and make my first call very distinctive to them so they would remember me, then when hers rang I would tell them why did they call me back, I had just spoken to them… then there would be enough time to grab her daughters phone from her and wait…
Guaranteed, a minute later hers would ring, and I’d be why ar you calling me AGAIN…

I hoped they spent some time trying to ‘debug’ their call coding trying to find out it kept redialling the same person LOL

    • Listening to an almost-live Youtube feed now – Andy Devine reveals that John Paterson has been detained under the mental health act. The sgt probably reveals more than he should (and realises it) and then Devine goes out of his way to confirm that no further information should be provided. When the sgt asks what’s colon-Andy-colon-Devine’s relationship to Paterson he says he’s John Paterson’s brother-in-expose. He then gets all ranty, beginning, “You can all take off your dresses mate as none of you is safe” and then into full empty threat mode. The officer hears him out then asks if he wants the Inspector to call him tomorrow.

Mrs Devine yells into the laundry that they’re supposed to be going out.

He then has a conversation with someone with a transatlantic accent called Darrell who sounds quite mad, even by Andy’s standards. Though he does think the best thing is probably not to hang people or cut off their heads but to put them in a hologram to find out what they know, which is a step in the upward way.
