Sabine McNeill in court for bail application today

We have learned that Sabine McNeill will be at Southwark Crown Court at 9:30 this morning, in another attempt to apply for bail. Sabine McNeill 2018-04-26

Sabine has been held on remand in Bronzefield Prison since her last hearing on 19 March, when her most recent request for bail was rejected.

Sabine was first remanded in custody in early December 2017, with a bail bond of £20,000 set. Belinda McKenzie, Tracey Morris, and Linda Byrne O’Riordan were able to crowd-fund the amount, and Sabine was released on bail.

Sabine returned to court on 26 February 2018, where she was charged with another violation of her lifetime restraining order, in addition to the 19 charges she already faced—four for stalking and 15 for violations of the restraining order.

On 26 February she pleaded guilty to the 20th charge. At that time she was spared prison but was placed under “house arrest” with an electronic tag and a curfew which allowed her to leave her home between midnight and 6 a.m. each day.

However, she was arrested again on 4 March for another breach of bail conditions, and was held at Bronzefield until the 19 March hearing, at which time the judge ruled that she would remain there until her trial, set to take place in November.

A deafening silence

None of Sabine’s usual cronies have mentioned today’s hearing—Belinda McKenzie, Wesley Hall, Neelu Berry, Jake Clarke, and others have all remained uncharacteristically quiet about it, leading us to wonder whether they know the hearing is taking place.

Frankly, if we were Sabine’s legal team, we’d have urged our client not to publicise the hearing, as the circus-like atmosphere her supporters usually create can do her no good in the eyes of the court.

Even Belinda has previously warned against “some kind of ‘noisy mob’ turning up [which] could damage her chances of re-release…”.

Nevertheless, at Sabine’s last hearing, Tracey, Linda, and another friend burst into the courtroom toward the end of the proceedings, shouted,“DON’T WORRY, SABINE, WE’LL GET YOU OUT!” and then turned and fled before they could be removed. Tracey could be heard in the hallway outside, still shouting as she made her way down the hall.

We’re unlikely to see a repeat of this performance, however, as Tracey recently acknowledged that while she and Linda had spent “nearly £1,000” on attempting to convince Sabine to throw over her legal team in favour of their expert guidance, Sabine had inexplicably and rather ungratefully turned down their generous offer.

We will bring updates to this story as we receive them.

As always, we would ask that our readers refrain from any speculation as to the outcome of Sabine’s case. Southwark Crown Court

  1. More of their supporters money wasted, when will they ever learn T & L I mean.

Interesting about Sabine though! Obviously her legal team have advised her to get shut off the fruitcakes, good move if she can just keep her mouth shut.

    • The whole “human organs scandal” was a nonsense in the first place. Anyone who was involved in the NHS or the forensic side of the Police knew that, if you died of and were autopsied it was highly likely that any diseased organs would be retained for study and use in education. The knowledge gained from studying diseased organs has saved thousands of lives. The whole hysteria of “organ retention” has probably held back medical science and reduced the likelihood of cures being found.

…And the usually vocal Deborah Mahmoudieh, who used to be one of Sabine’s closest allies and even used to appear at the top of Sabine’s ‘legal’ letters as an “EU law specialist” – stop giggling). In fact, she’s been quiet about Sabine for many months. I’m starting to wonder whether they’ve had some kind of fallout.

    • Give an underlying element is the family’s Catholic background, APD’s dumb-assery reminds me of a favourite joke from The Young Ones:
“Fell out with my girlfriend last night.”
      “What you do?”
      “Insulted the Pope”
“That’s stupid, you know she is a Catholic”
“Yeah, but I didn’t know he was”

  4. From the sublime to the ridiculous:

Mark ‘Seylon’ Haining @ 5:10 – “All crooked judges, like in the Alfie judge [sic], who just happens to be a… involved in a gay society. Nothing wrong with being gay but you shouldn’t be in a position where you’re talking life or death over a child.”

    • What an absolute dill. So this is the infamous Ceylon? Last time I saw him was on a video screeching like a banshee at an eviction and I thought the bailiffs and police had amazing self control not to deck the aggressive rude wretch prat in the mouth.
Had a different idea of him in my head but now I see as usual he’s just another plonker who thinks he is all powerful via his YouTube channel.
Have any of these bozos ever had a job?

      • He frequently calls for numerous public officials to be hanged and rants about how immigrants “should be sent back to where they come from”; and he hates Jews.

At the March 2015 protest, where you see that crowd chasing that poor lady down the street, shouting abuse and vile accusations at her, he’s the one who, when Neelu shouts “We don’t want Satanists on this planet”, yells, “They won’t be here for much longer.” He also made that ‘pre-match’ video on the day in which he boasted about how he was gonna “go see the naughty paedo vicar”, followed by him pointing at the houses and saying, “This is where all the paedos live.” Disgusting little man. On a par with Ogilfail, I reckon.

Oh and he’s vociferously supported and applauded by Deborah Mahmoudieh.

Free Sabine – Hampstead Whistleblower UPDATE 27 APRIL via Belinda McKenzie

CAN YOU GET TO SOUTHWARK CROWN COURT IN LONDON TOMORROW FOR 9AM, TO SUPPORT THIS AMAZING 73 YEAR OLD WHISTLEBLOWER EXPOSING INSTITUTIONALISED RITUALISTIC ABUSE IN HAMSTEAD, LONDON???

      SHE NEEDS YOUR SOLIDARITY!!!

PLEASE SHARE THIS SO OTHERS ARE AWARE!!!

This morning an application to bring Sabine back out of HMP Bronzefield on bail is being heard at Southwark Crown Court at 9.30am in Court 2. Since the application only finally went in yesterday, after many delays in acquiring the necessary medical documents this is a swift turnover indeed – does it bode well or ill?! We’ll know in a couple of hours as I write. The application is on medical/health grounds as the stresses and strains of the prison regime and the prison diet have combined to seriously aggravate our friend’s stomach and gall-bladder problems (regarding the latter she was advised by the nurse to buy a bottle of squash and swig that all day long!) but the real killer has been her long-term chronic hip-pain problem which has considerably worsened since her walking-sticks were suddenly and seemingly arbitrarily removed from her at the beginning of this month, even though she’d already had them for the first 4 weeks. For 2 solid weeks she was then left to try to hobble around without any support at all for her damaged left hip which is just not strong enough to take her body weight. She was offered a zimmer-frame as a replacement but rejected that as it would not have helped in the slightest, the problem being not in her legs but in her hip! So for 2 weeks, whilst pressing and pressing without success to be supplied with an ordinary pair of crutches and being brushed off with the response “we KNOW you can walk!”, she was forced to endure literally torture in order to get around at all and had to rely on staff or other inmates to physically support her in order to get to the canteen, the POD (‘Prisoner Operational Department’?), to see the nurse or attend any of her visits or the activities going on in the prison. Hence mostly she remained in her cell resting the painful hip and more than once she just couldn’t make it to mealtime and went hungry… The sheer absurdity not to mention cruelty of this situation was fully exposed when on Tuesday 17 April she missed a visit from 2 members of the German Embassy – when she didn’t show up at the designated meeting-room there was panic and the whole prison was searched to try to locate her! After an hour of waiting the German visitors were finally informed Sabine was LOST and advised to return to London (what the German Embassy made of the news that one of their nationals was ‘lost’ in a UK prison is anyone’s guess!) As it happened she’d been in her cell all along but no one had thought to look there! It was apparently this incident that resulted in her finally being given the longed-for crutches the very next day. When we visited her on the Thursday she immediately jubilantly pointed them out to us “LOOK, I’VE GOT CRUTCHES!!” as if it was Christmas! then regaled us with the ‘Sabine-Lost-in-Bronzefield’ story “for your Facebook blog Belinda!”

The worst of the above situation with the ever-fragile hip is that ever since that 2 weeks of being without crutches, as Sabine puts it, the pain is at times “right back to January 1973 levels,” ie. just after the fateful car-accident, while all the good effects of her miracle-worker physiotherapist’s careful treatment over the past two years have been undone. The fact is that when she was last in Bronzefield in December she was still able to walk stick-less, but now, after 8 weeks of not only being parted from her physiotherapist but also subjected to many days of being stick-less and crutch-less (AND several times denied a wheelchair one might add), she has been reduced to being effectively a cripple… Will the judge this morning be moved? Report to follow – prayers, please!

I’m convinced that both Angie and Weasel only found out that their beloved Sabine was in court when they read it here, on “that Devil-loving paedo-supporting government-funded survivor-trolling Goatshed site” (apologies if that sounds like a 1970s Pepsi add).

      • Do these idiots realize that by labeling Sabine as a “whistleblower” and claiming on the net she “exposed a Satanic child abuse ” cult in Hampstead after the High Court found in 2 court cases that is was cruel hoax that attacked innocent children and their parents they are actually confirming that she mendaciously promoted the hoax ?
Do they not realize that writing this stuff on the internet can be used against her by the prosecution?
What a bunch of brainless prats they are.

      • If you have gallstones, all you have to do diet-wise is avoid fatty foods. Pretty simple but I don’t know how problematic that is in prison, though.

Is she due to have her gall bladder whipped out at some point, does anyone know?

        Liked by 1 person

        • I believe that is the usual cure for severe gallbladder problems. Perhaps she is avoiding surgery so that he gallbladder won’t be trafficked and used in a Satanic ceremony?

      • I have to say that some prisons are well known for not looking after disabled people that well. I remember a young diabetic relative of mine doing a bit of time about ten years ago and the treatment he got was appalling. He was so ill when he came out and it took him a while to stabilise his condition. So it wouldn’t surprise me at all if Sabine’s been neglected re her health. Whatever you might say about her condition she is an elderly lady and her health needs should be taken seriously. If she says she needs crutches they should give her flippin’ crutches. It’s not difficult for them to do this.
Of course she and her friends might see this as some kind of vendetta against her but from what I’ve read, it’s a problem throughout the prison system:

        • Yes, I agree, prisoners’ medical needs should be taken as seriously as if they were on the outside.

That said, hands up everyone who would volunteer to be Sabine’s nurse while she’s in prison? 🙂

        • According to the Care Quality Commission’s website, Bronzefield hasn’t had a formal assessment yet, but its specialisms are “Substance misuse problems, Treatment of disease, disorder or injury, Caring for adults under 65 yrs, Caring for adults over 65 yrs”. The prison is run by Sodexo limited. The CQC report on HMP Forest Bank, which they also run says:

Our key findings were as follows:

The provider had reviewed the staffing arrangements and how staff were deployed within the inpatient unit and this ensured adequate cover was available at all times.

Attendance rates at health assessments had improved significantly which meant that patients had a full health care assessment including mental health at the point of reception into the prison.

An overarching governance framework supported the delivery of care. However waiting times for primary mental health services remained high and patients with mild to moderate mental health issues did not always have their needs met in the most effective and responsive way.

The majority of nursing staff told us they felt better supported by senior managers than previously and joint working between clinical leads had significantly improved.

Not quite the black hole of Calcutta then!

          Yeah but…
only weeks earlier she had been videoed toddling around crutchless with nary a grimace in sight…

In fact the ONLY time she has been videoed ‘requiring’ (cough) crutches was when she was required to appear in court…

Not that I am saying she is using the ‘frail old lady being picked on’ defence BUT…..

          stuff it..

she is using the ‘frail old lady being picked on’ defence

yes she is DELIBERATELY using it as a sympathy card to try and get out of jail!!!
