Wesley Hall disrupts Rossendale council, now barred

Those familiar with the antics of Wesley P. P. Hall will doubtless be unsurprised to learn that he’s made the local newspapers again, this time for disrupting a council cabinet meeting in Rossendale, Lancashire.

According to the Rossendale Free Press, police were called when Weaselly refused to stop haranguing Council leader Alyson Barnes:

He claimed to have been left in ‘inhabitable housing’ with ‘rats and flea infestations, no insulation, cracks in the walls, damp and threats of eviction’, and to have been ‘patronised’ by the council leader during a telephone conversation.

As the meeting carried on he began streaming the interaction live on Facebook, and in response to a decision to have a ten-minute adjournment, he told Coun Barnes: “I will be at every public event you are at. You are not a socialist, you are scum. You’re a disgrace to the Labour Party.”

Council leader Alyson Barnes said: “Mr Hall, I think during that conversation it was you ranting at me.

“There’s been numerous attempts to try engage with you as a tenant.” …

Coun Barnes then told the meeting: “By way of some context I think it’s probably worth saying clearly that this gentleman’s frustration relates to the Empty Homes scheme. Mr Hall is a tenant of the Empty Homes scheme and he has had some issues, he refuses point blank to engage with us on a day-to-day level so we can’t talk to him directly. He prefers this approach”.

During the meeting, Weaselly began live-streaming his tirade on Facebook.

Unfortunately the URL wouldn’t upload here, but you can view the performance by clicking this link.

Police were called, but before they could arrive, Weaselley bravely turned his tail and fled.

Rossendale Council has since sent Wesley a letter prohibiting him from attending future meetings without permission. It reads in part:

I write further to your attendance at the Cabinet meeting on 21st February 2018. I must advise that as a result of your disruptive, intimidating and unacceptable behaviour your licence to enter Council premises is hereby revoked. … Should you attempt to enter any premises owned or occupied by the Council from time to time you will be asked to leave and the Police may be called if you fail to do so.

We would ask you also to refrain from your abusive and defamatory behaviour on social media to avoid further action being taken in this regard. The Council will not tolerate the anti-social behaviour you have been demonstrating recently. [Only recently?!—Ed.]

You have the right of written appeal against this decision. …

Insofar as your housing matters are concerned the Council still urges you to make contact with us in a reasonable manner as we do need to discuss your tenancy and inspect the property, in particular to carry out the statutory safety checks which you have to date refused access for.

Weaselly’s long, sad history of fuckwittery

Regular Weaselly followers will recollect that he has a long and inglorious history including but not limited to:

A trademark Weaselly move is to claim that he is “just about to” turn his life around in some dramatic way—attend university, write a book, start a grass-roots campaign to benefit the homeless—for which he requires monetary or logistical support. Sadly, these amazing transformations never materialise.

So it should come as no surprise to find him loudly accusing Rossendale Council of failing to provide proper housing conditions…only to find out that he has been refusing to allow inspectors access to assess the place and make appropriate renovations.

Plus ça change….

  1. I recall that just a few months ago he was threatening to get a job. Now hold on Wesley….you don’t have to go that far. You could put your bodily system into shock!

  2. With apologies to Monty Python…

    Bravely bold Sir Weaselly
    Rode forth to Rossendale Council.
He was not afraid to die,
    Oh brave Sir Weaselly.
He was not at all afraid
To be killed in nasty ways.
Brave, brave, brave, brave Sir Weaselly.
He was not in the least bit scared
To be mashed into a pulp.
Or to have his eyes gouged out,
    And his elbows broken.
    To have his kneecaps split
    And his body burned away,
And his limbs all hacked and mangled
    Brave Sir Weaselly.
    His head smashed in
    And his heart cut out
    And his liver removed
    And his bowls unplugged
    And his nostrils raped
    And his bottom burnt off
    And his penis
“That’s, that’s enough music for now lads, there’s dirty work afoot.”
    Brave Sir Weaselly ran away.
    (“No!”)
    Bravely ran away away.
    (“I didn’t!”)
When danger reared it’s ugly head,
He bravely turned his tail and fled.
    (“I never!”)
Yes, brave Sir Weaselly turned about
    And gallantly he chickened out.
    (“You’re lying!”)
    Swiftly taking to his feet,
He beat a very brave retreat.
Bravest of the brave, Sir Weaselly!

  3. “He claimed to have been left in ‘inhabitable housing’”

Oh the horror, oh the horror!!!

How darstadly of them, leaving him in inhabitable housing- How DARE they put him in livable housing!
(I dare say that he would quite quickly rectify that condition in any housing he did get LOL)

    • Hell, I live in an urban war zone. (Apologies to genuine urban war zone victims ala Syria)
Let’s see…a drug dealer was murdered in a building across the street last year. I’ve witnessed SWAT interventions in my own building and other buildings on the block at least half-a-dozen times over 5 years – on one occasion they pulled a woman wanted for the arson murder of a child out of here. Emergency services visit buildings across the way at least once a week – primarily drug abuser overdoses I assume. The 7-11 up the street is a frequent target of robbery, the gas station further up was robbed n broad daylight YESTERDAY.
I’ve personally ratted out shitheads attempting to prostitute underage girls in this building, at least a dozen times.

On the other hand…no bedbugs, no mouse or rat infestations. I think I spotted a heavily armed hamster the other day, but can’t be certain of that…

There’s a lot of desperate people living desperate lives all around me, here. I’ve lived in quiet urban neighborhoods, as well. This one…is not one of those.

  4. Wesley’s right to be angry about the mismanagement by the Council but he’s not going to get anywhere sounding like an hysterical dickhead. It just pisses people off and you end up with a seat on the kerb. He doesn’t sound like any activist I’d like to stand beside, that’s for sure.

    • Audio of the meeting is available at https://www.rossendalefreepress.co.uk/news/watch-police-called-after-empty-14329289 as well (plus I have a copy of the facebook video in case he takes it down)

Be interesting to see what actually happened with regards to the housing scheme- seems it was a white elephant from the start, sending the company running it broke and the council then had to take it over themselves, although there seems there may have been some issues on how it was set up in the first place as well
Also seems that at least half of the housing has been completed, Wesley hasnt helped matters by refusing to allow inspections and other attempts to do anything (so it appears at least some of the issues in his case were caused by himself- surprise surprise)

      from the link above
“As the meeting carried on he began streaming the interaction live on Facebook, and in response to a decision to have a ten-minute adjournment, he told Coun Barnes: “I will be at every public event you are at. You are not a socialist, you are scum. You’re a disgrace to the Labour Party.”

“There’s been numerous attempts to try engage with you as a tenant.”

After Mr Hall said he would not leave ‘without an answer’, chief executive Stuart Sugarman then asked Mr Hall to leave the building as he was ‘disrupting’ the meeting, saying he was giving them ‘no choice’ but to call the police. Mr Hall left the building before police responded to the call.

Coun Barnes then told the meeting: “By way of some context I think it’s probably worth saying clearly that this gentleman’s frustration relates to the Empty Homes scheme. • That was quite a well attended meeting, like alot of them Wesley claims to speak for them, without their sanction; is my guess……. A more effective way would have been to gather people peacefully outside with placards of their own and the media, that’s if people wanted to, perhaps the meeting was for the purpose of asking those very questions, civily and in public…….. So the next bit of good news or victory for those who need to be heard, will be claimed by Weasel in the future as his ……. a little act for any still listening, still trying to play robin hood, I havn’t had time to google and check, but I did watch an item about such a scheme which was being run atrociously slowly leading to major problems for those who’d moved in, and now lived amongst derelict streets with all that can enable………

      (whispers)
“Um, Weasley me old mate, you DO realise that you dont apply to the courts for permission to stalk, which by definition is what you are doing?

Or is this another of those ‘troofer’ moments, where they project onto their opponents the behaviours in which they themselves are indulging?

  6. Some of the things Neelu says in her latest video are really bizarre, even by her standards. She describes Edward Ellis as “my white Gandhi” (yup) and I’ll let what she says from -6:57 to -3:26 speak for itself.

    • Neelu has dissolved all banks which is great news as I won’t have to pay my mortgage or maxed -out credit cards now.
Sadly apparently her sister’s baby was the re-incarnation of Lord Krishna who I read is the most revered deity in India. I actually believe in re-incarnation ( OK on the fence) but wouldn’t you think Krishna would have chosen a more ‘perfect’ body to come back in?.
I do actually feel for the Neelu Clan as the death of a tiny child. It’s difficult to imagine the grief that must cause if it hasn’t happened to you.
But how much does Neelu really believe in matters like re-incarnation?. Surely that tiny baby has already been re-born (as Krishna probably has) so why does Neelu endless flog herself about this? . Mind you she shows nil emotion when talking about the death of the baby- about as much as she shows when rabbiting on about Edward Ellis.
Off to the clinic for a nice rest Neelu.

      😦

She is really showing her sovcit face in this one, lots of sovcit garbage trotted out (travelling etc)

She makes probably a dozen references to her ‘murdered niece’, I thought she wasnt supposed to talk about that by court order, or am I misremembering something else?

She’s so far off the planet even the Hubble couldnt see her anymore….

  7. Once a violent thug always a violent thug. He likes to attempt to make himself look as aggressive as possible whilst at the same time pretending to raise money for others and keep it all for himself. If he really wanted help then he would have let the council in to sort the problems out, but he won’t so once again I’m left wondering what on earth is he hiding? It’s not the best way to go about things is it, and now he’s barred from yet another place.
Also he isn’t interested in the other tenants.. this is all about him and if he carries on he will soon be made homeless. That’s also something that he’s pretended to be in the past as well.

    • Doesn’t the UK have a system for dealing with persons judged to be irredeemably relentless social nuisances? I thought there was such a scheme, but I may be out of date on that.

In my community, there has been a big push to eliminate homelessness. It’s a good plan, generally speaking. People who are genuinely homeless solely for economic reasons seem to do well when they are given a place to live for free by the government.
My neighborhood has some social housing, but its mostly private. However, rents are low and turn-over is high, so even the privately owned buildings have units rented by the city for accommodation of the formerly homeless.
A small percentage of such persons are homeless primarily because they cannot or will not co-habitate peaceably with others (Hello, Mr Weaselly!) The advice we get from police, is to keep reporting their criminal activity and eventually they will be returned to the prison system. Pretty harsh, but for some it may be the only solution.

Unless you live in Happy Valley with Steved 🙂

  8. Jake Clarke is looking for support for Sabine for court tomorrow.
    https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10156035630484976&id=611574975

Hi, please if you can come to and/or share with anyone or any groups thanks. A 74yr young CHILD ABUSE WHISTLE BLOWER AND OVERALL AMAZING WOMAN, Sabine McNeill is being threatened with jail time until the fraud court hearing planned for Nov 2018 that she has been summoned to. If anyone is available for 11.30 Monday, court room 4, Southwark crown court, London to show that she is in the public eye and has support bless her and that these paedophile infiltrated/corrupted judiciary and police (and sadly even further into many institutions) can’t get away with controlling the good members within these institutions anymore. It is regarding breaking fraudulent court ordered gagging order about the ‘Hampstead whistle blower children’ / ‘Hampstead cover up’, we now have many amazing developments and progress in the case coming to having the children saved. Though in the mean time we got to keep our angel fighter warriors free with their basic human rights to not be locked up for trying to bring paedophile rings to the light of exposure and as close to justice as possible. I should stop. This is long sorry though much thanks. Thank you very much all.
