BREAKING: Convicted paedophile Peter Hofschroer loses extradition appeal

According to John Graham, aka Butlincat, one of the six people who heeded the recent call for “boots on the ground” at the Royal Courts of Justice to support convicted paedophile Peter Hofschroer, Mr Hofschroer’s appeal has failed, and he will be “extradited forthwith”.

Butlincat/Graham stated in a post to a Facebook group titled “Justice for Peter and Barbara Hofschroer”:

Peter to be extradited forthwith – lost on all points of appeal – images on vhs vid cassettes – threats to kill via emails to Austrian officials / judge and slander and firearms?

This confusing note becomes slightly clearer in the context of this earlier post:

It looks as though three further charges will be added to the existing ones when Mr Hofschroer reaches his native Austria for trial:

  • a charge of threatening or slandering a judge;
  • a charge of “possession of 16 video cassettes of dodgy stuff”; and
  • a firearms charge.

By “possession of video cassettes of dodgy stuff”, Butlincat/Graham is attempting to avoid actually using the words “child sexual abuse videos”. As we have mentioned here in the past, Mr Hofschroer’s original charges involved 36,000 images of commercial child sexual abuse which were found on his computer. At the time of his trial, he tried to claim that the police had somehow implanted them on his computer. We presume that they also shoved 16 VHS video cassettes into his hard drive while they were at it.

Oh, wait. Never mind.

Seems then according to conspiraturd-think the judge was not actually listening at all,must have been listened to the Archers Omnibus podcast instead,probably was not a “real Judge”,oh and even more probably was “obviously” a crisis actor judge planted by the dark forces radiating from planet thweeeeb.

  3. At least Austrian officials seem to take threats to judges seriously. Yet our lot sit by while the judge in the Hampstead case is threatened repeatedly.

    • Yes, that’s another aspect of Hoaxtead that I really don’t understand: the continual threats against Mrs Justice Pauffley have been appalling…and have never been pursued by the police or courts.

    • LOL yes…”boots on the ground”. Twelve boots on the ground, to be precise. I’m sure Mr Hofschroer felt very loved as he was led out of the dock.

    Sabine posts the court hearing date on victims-unite, further, silently showing her support. What is it with these people? Must be all ‘in plain sight’, I suppose.

    I have been sent this on the grapevine. The powers that be have been determined for some time to keep Peter quiet and steal his and his mothers home. If you think that they would not do this without good reason, this is not true, it is a pattern across the country, often to people they wish to silence. Once in prison it is very hard to get anything done properly.

    The extradition hearing went ahead, extradition was granted and I was jailed again, this time in HMP Wandsworth. An application to appeal was entered and I was put on bail. If the appeal does not go ahead, then I will be sent to Austria, put in a funny farm and bumped off, so my house there can be sold. Meanwhile, my poor, old mother continues to be held incommunicado in an unknown location. The worst South American dictatorship would never have treated an 88 year-old invalid in such an appalling fashion! If you know anybody who could help trace Mum – she is said to be in a home in York – that would be good. Meanwhile, do spread the word.
