Signs we’re winning the battle

Things have been relatively quiet on the Hoaxtead front lately, in part we suspect because of the court case that is taking up two of the hoax’s most public proponents’ time.

But we’ve been noticing other signs that give us cause for hope, as well.

Operation Hoaxtead Shutdown begins

For example, it seems that Facebook has finally begun to face up to its responsibilities, and has begun ‘blacking out’ posts that violate Mrs Justice Pauffley’s court order of 10 February, 2015.

If you’ll recall, that was the one that forbade publication of photographs, pictures, images, recordings (voice or video) that identified RD’s two children. In part, it stated:

ANY PERSON OR BODY WHO KNOWS OF THIS ORDER AND DOES ANYTHING TO BREACH ITS TERMS MAY BE HELD TO BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT, AND MAY BE IMPRISONED, FINED OR HAVE THEIR ASSETS SEIZED.

So we’re glad to see that notices like this one have been popping up on YouTube lately:

Angela-video gone 2016-04-28

You’ll note that it states that the ‘content is not available on this country domain due to a legal complaint from the government’: this is YouTube’s way of admitting that the court order was pointed out to them, and that they’re blocking out the material to anyone in the country covered by the court order—that is, the UK.

Updated to add:

Poor old Kane Slater, the Canadian Cannabis King, is also in a bit of a tizzy:

Diehard Hoaxteaders jump ship

Oh, and speaking of Angie, upon whose YouTube channel we discovered the above gem, she’s been awfully quiet lately, don’t you find? Not that we’re complaining.

We did notice yesterday that one of her friends, Julie Om, who seems never to have met a conspiracy theory she didn’t like, has finally come up against the proverbial brick wall. She wrote this yesterday morning on Angie’s Facebook wall:

Angela-Julie Om 2016-04-28

Angie just a thought about ella, if she believed the whole satanic abuse everyone is involved then why would she bring the kids back too the country where they were when she couldv easily escaped, she basically handed them too the cult on a platter in my opinion.

Also How could she fail to notice severe prolonged anal rape of her kids when she was administering enemas to them?

Also the photos of Ella in the dope field in Morocco, drugs are illegal there so was it not stupid and dangerous to take the kids, who were traumatised enough without potentially being caught up in a drugs raid?

And how can she still b on radio shows cool calm and collected when according to her she doesnt know where or how her kids are , they could b getting ritually tortured yet she is cool as a cucumber???

Doesnt add up imo.

Best wishes

Julie nails it in one.

Of course, Angela deleted it as soon as she noticed it, but never mind. We saw it, and that’s what counts.

We find it very encouraging that people have finally begun to stand up on their hind legs and think for themselves about this case.

Have you noticed ‘disappeared’ posts and videos? Have you seen examples of former Hoaxtead supporters starting to question the hoax? Send us the link in our comments section, and we’ll highlight them here on the blog.

  1. Love the superman artwork! Yes, the Angie deletion speaks volumes. And yet, she admitted her own thoughts about Ella and Abe, and they were not nice….’I saw red flags’…..yet that was not apparent in your coverage and promotion of the terrible two, Angie. How many ‘red flags’ are you seeing about other aspects of the case, busily pushing them down in your consciousness each time they surface, Angie? Would it not be better to admit these red flags too, and be done with it, Angie? You are betting on the wrong horse, big time.

The Julie Om enema observation is really top notch: More than any ordinary mother, Ella had cause, and will have precisely had to have observed her point of entry each time she performed what she accused others of doing: Inserting foreign objects into the bottoms of her children. Makes you think, doesn’t it.

Another point to consider: It is easy to succumb to cultural conditioning about the nurturing aspects of females, and exclude them from the possibility of being hardened, cold, unfeeling personalities. Also, women do represent 10% of all known paedophiles according to statistics.

  2. The screenshot you show above is a link to a YouTube video. The video has been taken down by YouTube, rather than Facebook. In my experience, YouTube is much more responsive to this sort of complaint than Facebook.

      • The fact that APD promptly deleted Julie Om’s perfectly polite and rational comment, speaks volumes about APD. She clearly wants to continue perpetuating a hoax! Julie wasn’t trolling and left a comment which others could’ve did further research on, Angie obviously didn’t want that. Not much of a “journalist” is she?

  3. I think the light is finally dawning, the most active perpetrators are dropping like flies as they slowly realise that the law does apply (even to them)

The threat of considerable personal financial damage or the potential loss of their liberty is now a reality to them.

The wheels of Justice do turn slowly, but they do turn.

  4. I forgot to say – it would be no great surprise if we find out over the next few days, reports of people being brought before the Courts for breaching bail terms, the charging of individuals following arrest, and people being brought before the Courts for Contempt.

  5. I reckon Angie has definitely been spoken to by the Police.

She’s just an attention seeker wanting to be “famous”.

Someone that was posting 45 minute videos every day, sometimes more than twice a day has certainly had the rug pulled from under them.

    AND GOOD JOB TOO.

  6. Julie Om’s comments are spot on and she points out very obvious and important matters that have not occurred to me before.
If she was previously a Hoaxer then it demonstrates some deep thinking on her part and she should be congratulated.

  7. The words of Mrs Justice Pauffley in her published Judgment of 19/03/2015 (Neutral Citation Number: [2015] EWFC 26 (Fam)) ring very true:

“6. Many of those individuals are now living in fear because they have been identified on the internet as abusers of children and their contact details including telephone numbers, home and email addresses have been published. Lives have been disrupted. Several of those implicated have received malicious, intimidating ‘phone calls and emails at all hours of the day and night from all over the world. For example, “Hey cock. We’re coming for you. You scum paedo.” ”

“8. All the signs are that those responsible for posting material derive a great deal of personal satisfaction from attracting interest to their spiteful work from many thousands of people. It’s akin to the sensation, I imagine, of a Facebook user receiving an indication that some posting or other has been “liked.” “

  8. I would say there is some serious efforts going on to remove content on the web because one of the most notorious repositories of videos of P&Q (57 videos) via VIMEO have been removed. The account I have been hammering away at multiple times for the last six months and failed, has vanished.

It appears the individual called Cannabis Cures on Facebook ran the Vimeo site, as he was complaining it was deleted.

  9. Not only did Abraham expose them to fields filled with illegal drugs, he admits they were not supposed to leave Europe at all. However, Abraham’s obsession with hemp comes first so they breached the rules and took them to Morocco. I imagine it would be more difficult to extradite them from Morocco, which makes it even stranger that they would return if they truly believed a cult existed.

    • Yes, it’s very strange indeed…unless one assumes that the reason they returned was to start publicising the hoax. So much about their actions at that time make no sense, except in that context.

  10. I’ve just uncovered some brilliant never before seen scripts from Monty Python on an obscure website. Why was this exchange never filmed by them? It really beats the famous Dead Bird sketch:

THE JUDGE: Thank you very much. Thank you very much for your assistance, Mrs Berry.

MRS BERRY: And, my lord, the issue of costs has not been addressed here. She is not liable to pay costs for the perjury committed by the defendant’s solicitors and the concealment of medical evidence to pervert the course of justice. She is not—
THE JUDGE: Thank you very much, Mrs Berry.

MRS BERRY: —prepared to pay for that crime and—

THE JUDGE: I have concluded that an appeal has no real prospect of success.

MRS BERRY: My lord, I have a citizen’s right for your arrest here right now for the treason that you have committed here today.

THE JUDGE: Thank you, Mrs Berry. I understand.

MRS BERRY: I will exercise that right.

THE JUDGE: Thank you very much.

MRS BERRY: I am arresting you now for—

  11. A little breaking news –

Sabine McNeil and Neelu Berry are to appear at Blackfriars Crown Court on Wednesday 4th May for “Mention – regarding non compliance”

The hearing was requested late Friday 29th April (today). The Court has no free time to list it on Tuesday and the 4th is the earliest possible date that it can be listed.

It is of course a public hearing, and its suspected that a number of interested persons will be in the public gallery.

Again anything written in the media (including the Internet) must be only factual reporting is – any speculation may give cause to possible Contempt of Court.

  12. This goes to prove that all the fruitloops shouting about abuse of the children and all the supposed abuse happening in Hampstead couldn’t have really believed in what they were saying.
If they truly believed these stories then surely you wouldn’t just quit believing in it just because a lot of the other believers had dropped off the scene.
It appears that even Abe & Ella no longer believe it judging by their silence of late.
