Neelu & Sabine case adjourned?

Angela Power-Disney has just published yet another Skype conversation with Jake Clarke, in which Jakey alleges that tomorrow’s hearing at Blackfriars Crown Court has been adjourned, and that there will be no need for Sabine and Neelu’s supporters to attend.

We have de-linked the original video, which contains speculation about Neelu and Sabine’s case.

According to Jakey, he’s heard this news directly from Neelu, but we bear in mind that at her last solo court appearance Neelu was also convinced that charges against her had been dismissed, and that she was not required to enter the dock.

We have seen the following announcement regarding the hearing:

We are not drawing any inferences from the notation ‘This case has been changed to a paper file’, but will update the blog should we receive confirmation, one way or another. Stay tuned….

  1. Possibly the defendants are not required to attend – just the lawyers? But in any case, Jakey and Angie might – I suspect – now have put themselves in contempt! – I’d DE-LINK from that video if I were running the show here.

      • I’ve used the term very loosely Norman – but in simple terms, yes you can get yourself into serious trouble by reporting anything that might impact on the trial, and for that reason anyone who had even the slightest training in any aspect of journalism would know that reporting restrictions exist and have the weight of law behind them.

        There is no issue discouraging twats from standing outside – but claiming the case is cancelled when it is not carries the risk of a required attendee not turning up, and using the published information as justification… It wouldn’t get them far or excuse them, but the courts can do without such disruption.

  2. As of the last list published by Blackfriars Crown Court at 15.59 today the case stands, If it had been cancelled an updated list would have been published

  3. I know someone that is getting updates on this.

    I’ve messaged to find out what is happening.

    Maybe Jake is worried that he will be asked about his comments made last week to people on fb and doesn’t want them to attend.

      F.A. – It might be just as likely that the lawyers dealing with the case have suggested to both idiots that their cracked team of random halfits aren’t actually helping! – Not that this would stop them!

    • More evidence to be sent to UK Border Control & immigration – a journalist making a documentary who has probably applied for a tourist visa. This is exactly why Leah McGrath Goodman who said she was investigating Jersey abuse was refused entry. Her supporters screamed “cover-up” but she was granted one when she applied for the correct visa & work permit. I cannot tell whether A.Power-Disney would like Rupert Q turned back at Heathrow or whether she is just arrogantly stupid.

      And she exhorts people to break the law and view the child abuse videos. Meanwhile those contemplating kidnapping the children or even discussing it on FB & elsewhere may ponder on the fate of the Australian 60 Minutes TV crew who now face a possible 20 year jail sentence in Lebanon for just even trying to film an attempted child snatching (conspiracy to kidnap)

      I think every uttering from these people where the law is breached or where they exhort others to – such as urging the murder of a father – must be sent to the correct authorities. It is actually a citizen’s duty to do so but a file must be built up on them. The internet seems to have given this mob the idea they can just break the law indiscriminately but imagine pre-internet days with a bunch of people sending letters back & forth urging murder, kidnap and other law breaking. They would be in court in no time. At some stage the authorities will decide to crack down.

      • You’re right, it’s everyone’s responsibility to ensure that this material is reported to the proper authorities. If we don’t want to live in a society that’s run by vigilantes and witch-hunters, we all must do our part to make sure it doesn’t happen.

    Some of my Welsh friends are passionate about eating as many scotch eggs as possible, they say every one eaten is another one not hatched.

    Do independent journalist such as Angie start off life as eggs? Can we have competitions to see how many we can eat, will it stop more developing like Angie?

      • Och noo ah widnaey dae that! – The thing about Scotch eggs is actually a rumour we spread to confuse the Sassanachs… Only a few things can be Scotch really (Eggs aren’t remotely; they’re actually English!) – Pie, Broth, Beef and Whisky. Sellotape and people? No. 😉

  8. Rather worrying, if not entirely predictable, that Jake’s parents seem to be very upset by his shenanigans and have encouraged him to get a referral to the mental health team. Of course, he bravely claims that this is due to them being brainwashed but he’s going through the motions to keep them off his case. One can imagine the scenes at Jake’s house and his poor mother must feel wretched with anxiety. It’s all been said here already but those who manipulate the mentally vulnerable are cruel beyond belief.
    Another slightly concerning thing was his reference to the People’s Assembly. I do hope he doesn’t seriously think he’s going to hitch the Hampstead wagon to a very well run and respectable anti-austerity organisation. He’s in for a damn shock if he tries!

    • You’re right of course Anna… Nothing about raising Jake can have been easy for his parents.

      Unfortunately it seems to be the ‘mission’ of these types to hitch their wagon to organisations that seek to make legitimate protest. And I am among many who cannot dismiss the possibility that there is some agenda at loose to drive legitimate protest into fields of madness where politicos can glibly dismiss it as the ranting of mad people. Disney, McNeill, McKenzie, Jakey, Neelu – New World Order they say? they seem to be making damned sure of it!

      • I find those who get into conspiracy, need to take a step backwards at times. It does become a cult like mentality. They use the term for people who won’t listen to what they talk about as suffering from cognitive dissonance, not understand it works both ways. They become blinkered, only to take on information which suits whatever agendas they suit.

        I do find a link between reading too much conspiracy and mental health issues.

        I used to be into conspiracy heavily. Now leaving all that behind, i fully see how the mind is reprogrammed into a new belief system. David Icke calls it Waking up.

        Jake is young and maybe one day, he will find out for himself.

        • He is young, and I think that’s a major point in his favour: I think young males are often more susceptible to this sort of thing, but can grow out of it with a bit of guidance and support. If I were his parents I would be concerned, but they should know that trying to push him in the opposite direction would likely just make him cling harder to his beliefs.

Sooo, they reckon the police thought MK Ultra was a football team (LMAO!) and Angie is still trotting out the disproven crap about my account being a reference to her daughter. Yawn. The lying skank is still claiming I created this account the day after her Skype chat with her daughter, even though it had actually been created months before. And as for her claim that her daughter phoned her in hysterics because she thought her life was in danger – BECAUSE SOMEONE ON THE INTERNET HAPPENED TO HAVE THE SAME BLEEDIN’ CHRISTIAN NAME AS HER – all I can say is yeah, right, Angie! How feckin’ desperate are you that you have to use your own daughter to slander someone. Seriously, are there any depths to which you won’t stoop?       She can find herself at 5* hotels.

      Is the passport nonsense a ruse to get out of attending?

      As for Jake’s parents, concerned about his welfare and this Hampstead case.

      If that was me with a Mentally Challenged son, i’d either be on the phone to Angie telling her to leave him alone or going to her house and asking her to stop contacting him and using him in her games.

      The parents need to act, it doesn’t matter how old Jake is, he’s vulnerable and hence it is their moral duty to take care of him.

    • – Quick note from our neighbourhood ex-plod… As there WAS damage to property (the car) it must have hit something and possibly damaged it – i.e. roadside furniture or the road itself etc. It’s HIGHLY unlikely that a ‘high speed blowout’ wouldn’t result in a SERIOUS accident – which SHOULD have been reported to the Garda as they’d be interesting in examining the car (to ensure it’s legal and not a ‘poil of shoit’ that should have been in the scrappy) and breath-testing the driver! Not to mention ensuring the owners of any damaged property are able to assert their rights.

      • He was probably driving like a mad man, (he does have a “mad” Mum) incorrect tyre pressure etc.

        Last year i was with my young son and we had a tyre blow out on the M25.

        No idea why and he is a mechanic.

        Absolutely no damage to the car or motorway.

        No-on hurt.

        My son changed the tyre and off we went on our way.

        Angie has no credibility left.

        Even if something was true, i’m not believing anything she says.

        Angie couldn’t even get details of the Blackfriars court case correct.

        Does she ever tell the truth?

        • Have consulted plod/petrol head again…

          I’m told there’s a difference between a rapid puncture and a ‘blow out’ – The latter involves the tyre disintegrating suddenly, normally due to structural damage, and will almost-certainly lead to loss of control.

          A rapid puncture will be recoverable (i.e. the average driver will be able to pull over) without major incident, change the wheel as you describe and move on. Worse-case scenario is that the tyre and possibly the rim need to be scrapped. This sort of thing can (and does) happen to anyone. This is also why the police ‘stinger’ devices use hollow-points rather than just a row of nails to puncture the tyres of escaping vehicles; they don’t shred or ‘blowout’ the tyres, just flatten them. – They only get shredded when people run-on with them. So, whatever way you look at it, Angie has just shot herself and her son in the foot here. If there was damage to property the incident was a police matter and should have been reported on the spot! Now… Hypothetically, if we were ‘somewhat aware’ of reports that some young neds had been hooning about the streets nearby and damaged a car by kerbing it then driving off; at which point their suspension collapsed. And if – hypothetically – we were members of the local Garda… Just if.

  19. Jake admits on video (at 14:12) that the Police have asked their local Mental Health Team for a Report on him.

    That almost shows they were concerned about his mental health when he contacted them!

  20. Jake’s parents need to be informed, that him naming the children, showing their faces etc. is a crime and they need to stop his behaviour, before he gets into serious trouble with the Police.

    • I would agree, Babs, except that I fear that any of us getting in touch with his parents could be taken as harassment. I do think his parents need as much information as possible about the repercussions of what their son is up to, but I think it’ll be up to the police to let them know.
