Pity poor Charlotte Ward: The penny has finally dropped

If Charlotte Ward, AKA Jacqui Farmer, weren’t such a vile human being, one might almost pity her lately.

Almost.

It seems she’s finally started to realise that the Hampstead hoax, the project for which she ditched her (minimally successful) ‘Conspirituality’ blog, the project that was supposed to have made her a big name in the troofer constellation, has fallen to pieces, and there’s not a damn thing she can do about it. On Friday she posted a piteous little whinge about it:

“Everything’s just collapsed—and this is exactly what the government wants”.

Mmm, not quite.

Yes, everything has collapsed, but that’s what happens when a power-mad psychopathic small-time drug dealer decides to make a name for himself by torturing 2 innocent children until they can recite details of his own ‘Satanic’ sexual fantasies as though they’d actually happened.

It’s what happens when a bunch of professional troofer greedheads latch onto the story, thinking it will ‘make their names’ in the truther community, and in the process make them a good deal of money. It’s what happens when those greedheads start squabbling about who should get the larger share of the pie, and eventually wind up trashing one another and shining a spotlight on the fact that the story they claim to support has more holes in it than a Swiss cheese.

“We all collectively made enough noise the last time around to keep the children out of the cult’s hands for 6 months so something worked….”

Charlotte, no one ever accused you of a surfeit of brains, did they?

First, there’s no cult, unless you count the cult of witch-finders that grew up around this thing.

Second, the children were placed in care, not because of anything you or your mob of trained chimpanzees did, but because it was determined that they were being abused by the man their mother lived with. You might be surprised to know that this is actually a fairly commonplace reason for children to be removed from their parents.

“Will people be able to hear the higher calling? Are there enough of us left?”

‘Higher calling’? Is that what you’re calling it now? Oh, dear, excuse me a moment…I’m laughing so hard I’m crying here.

All right. Better now.

Let me put it to you straight, dear. You have no ‘higher calling’. What you have is a strong desire to be seen as ‘important’, and an overwhelming urge to lash out and violate people you don’t even know—people you’ve pegged as ‘wealthy, powerful élites’, even though the vast majority of them work hard and struggle to pay their bills, just like the rest of us.

Perhaps it’s your own sense of personal inadequacy that drives you. In your very illuminating book (which I hear is simply flying off the shelves in all the better bookstores!…oh, wait, you had to resort to begging people to take it for free…never mind then) you reveal yourself to be a bone-lazy woman, whose parents struggled to provide her with a good education, but who decided to waste it by becoming a benefits cheater.

The idea that you would turn your essential laziness and inability to survive among the ‘honest folk’ you claim to be fighting for into some kind of ‘higher calling’ is actually profoundly pathetic.

The fact that you’re clinging desperately to the Hampstead hoax is more pathetic still.

This is not the case that will make your name. The sooner you realise it and pack it in, the better for all concerned.
