Abe’s child porn problem just got bigger

Yesterday we talked about the possibility that Abe Christie might have had a stash of commercial child sex abuse images on his mobile phone.

Well, surprise, surprise! Turns out that little bit of speculation grew some legs: First, in answer to ‘Dicky Rearman’ on a YouTube discussion thread, Pookster78 nails the issue:

Abraham's child porn problemOf course, how could a forensic examination of the phone take place, when the phone mysteriously went missing? So I guess Abe is safe…for now. I mean, if he weren’t off cowering in Spain, living on money from Ella’s first husband, that is.

Oh, whoops! Except that it seems the cops searched the house after he and Ella scuttled off, and discovered…a phone.

It does go a way toward explaining how Ella’s two youngest children got sucked into acting as Abe’s mouthpieces, though.

Here’s an interesting (purely speculative) hypothesis: If a person’s phone were full of highly illegal child porn, and the person had reason to believe that at some point he might have to face the legal consequences of that, such a person might, if he were a complete sociopath as well as a paedophile, decide to divert attention by claiming that the photos were ‘evidence’ of the terrible ‘satanic abuse’ suffered by his girlfriend’s young children.

‘It weren’t me, yer Honour, honest!’ such a person might say. ‘It were them kids! I had to take pictures of them, to prove all the bad things wot happened to ’em!’ Or words to that effect.

We’ll be watching this one with some interest.

  1. All speculation of course but when did that stop the other side from publishing rubbish about people. Abe may or may not have child porn on his phone. His phone is lost, so that’s that.

    What we do know, based on what the children said, is that Abe didn’t hold back at physically abusing them. He can justify it all he likes but I think hitting kids is the act of a bully. I have to say I was appalled when Belinda McKenzie tried to gloss over it. You have a bunch of people who say they’re defending childrens’ rights and at the same time saying that hitting them isn’t that big a deal. This, of itself, tells me they’re nuts.

    • The police apparently searched Abraham’s house when he was abroad and found the phone!

      He’s in a deep pile of doodoo. Yet, typically, the finger gets pointed at the children straight away. I bet he doesn’t even have the whole story and that the police haven’t disclosed to him what type of images they are, where on the phone they were found, when they were created, even how many there are. And look who he blames. Almost like a reflex.

    • Yes, absolutely. In what universe is it okay to hit children at all, let alone until they bleed or bruise? And yet these nutters seem to think that’s just fine…it’s all about the imaginary ‘Satanic’ abuse, don’t you know!

    I’m certain “Dicky Rearman” is either Abraham Christie or someone posting on his behalf.

    If my phone was lost I’d contact the phone company. After all the usual things of retracing my steps, ringing it and listening round the house. Maybe he did.

    A cynic might wonder whether the children had the code to unlock it so they could use it. I wonder when the images were created, maybe also BEFORE he met the children, and AFTER they were in foster care? Whether the phone data showed a childish usage like a squillion toy unwrapping videos and then some browsing due to childhood curiosity about sex that brings up illegal images? Whether the phone data showed the phone was nearest a mast at home when the images were created, but the children were elsewhere. Or even if the children looked up things due to them being exposed to the sort of stories they recounted initially to the police? He’s so quick to blame the children doing this for nefarious purposes. It may even be a story to justify them not returning to the UK. It’d be a low down dirty dog trick to blame children if it was actually him.

    Abraham Christie would be able to instruct his own (reputable) expert to examine the phone or data in a criminal case I would have thought. He would then be able to form his defence of “the children did it”.

    I think he’s avoiding the issue being tested in court.

    I also remember the allegation that the children stole Ella’s bank details so that money could be stolen and transferred to their father. It is possible he’s a thief and would stoop to that, but if it happened it’d be easy to show extracts from her bank account proving that the money went to him at least. Ella could have transferred it to him herself and then lied later when confronted by Abraham. It could be that there was some fraudulent activity and they are quick to blame Ricky Dearman when it was just a cyber thief. It may never have happened at all! But it strikes me that if they wanted to convince people that this happened, they have the info already to hand to do this. To me their silence speaks to it not actually happening.

    There’s the missing cash from wallet thing the children got blamed for too. If that happened, they are quick to blame a conspiracy rather than considering that the children were being normal naughty. Or that they can’t remember spending the money. Although such young children stealing more than pennies for sweets is concerning. Perhaps they wanted to buy some food? If it happened at all of course.

    I have also read the Abraham assaulted his son over missing money. I have no evidence from the horse’s mouth or in a document. Call it a rumour. But Abraham has certainly been backward in coming forward in explaining his fairly recent caution for assaulting his son.

    And people still believe everything the pair say………

    In other news from the Hoaxteader camp, JF is spending HOURS looking at images of children in sexual poses or being abused, Jim McMenamin has thrown in the towel in disgust at the infighting, and guidance has uploaded two videos retreading old ground.

    • Thanks very much for this, Tracey. You’re right, I’ve added that first quote from ‘Dicky Rearman’ now.

      It astounds me that Abe seems to think the children were (ahem!) demon spawn, capable of extremely clever criminal acts. Stealing his phone, knowing how to plant child porn images on it, knowing how to break into a bank account online, stealing large sums of cash from Ella, even putting shit on Abe’s toothbrush by running it around the rim of the toilet–such unimaginably clever children!

  3. I remember the boy saying the phone got found down the back of the sofa, so that other phone must be another one of Abraham’s. He does not seem very organised, or competent, at anything he does, does he? What is the attraction for Ella? Is a big dick really THAT satisfying? The police do not do house searches willy nilly, this suggests they realised their error in not focusing and apprehending Abraham earlier.

    Maybe the supporters of Ella and Abraham would care to explain the history of child abuse by Abraham and give details of what happened for the police to be called out, for them to be convinced. Enough for Abraham to be charged, for him to be taken to court and for a court to decide he was guilty of that abuse.

    Perhaps people who have experienced Abraham’s behaviour in the past, and been his victims, could come forward and let others know what he is really like, and finally convince those that are still supporting Ella and Abraham or believe the original allegations the children made.

  4. Apparently the original comment from Araya later mentioned that the police had a computer belonging to Abraham. Araya was claiming that Abraham had his computer with him on the run so the police must have planted a computer also.

    Looking at the police videos i am sure Child Q said that Abe found his phone and lost it again. Something about Abe being smug when he found it. I wonder if the police did eventually gain entry to Ella’s house after they had ran, and found the phone and computer left behind by Abe. Maybe they went to Abe address after being at Ella’s house and found a phone and computer there.

    Did Ella not mention that she found video of her children on her phone? Was it her phone or did she find them on Abe’s phone? Could Abe have sent the videos of the children from Ella’s phone to his own phone?
    There are so many unanswered questions and nobody with access is willing to ask them. I guess we can wait and see if their e-book will explain. They might get round to producing it at some point.

      And yes, so many questions! You’d think Abe would be in a rush to get back home to clear his name! All he would have to do would be to show his phone to the police.

  5. I think we can say what Abraham has said has happened:

    He was abroad and the police went to his house and found his phone
    There are an unknown quantity/type of illegal images on there
    He’s blamed the children
    He has shown no interest in “being examined” to clear his name

  6. The little boy said Abraham pretended to lose his phone but found it…then really lost it. It may be that the children did get caught by Christie photographing each other and that he wouldn’t accept the explanation they gave. That is, that they wanted the bag of sweets promised to them by a girl at school. More so believable given they were hungry all the time. There may be more stuff on that phone though, who can say?

      • I remember G laughing about it in the police interview. It struck me as odd at the time, that’s why I recall it. G said he pretended to lose it and then at some point found it down the sofa…not so sure regards the sofa part… and then laughed because Abe then went on to really lose it…
        Doesn’t make sense I know…
        The tale the kids told during the recant make more sense I think. They said that the girl in school showed them a photo of a plastic willy (a term I imagine kids might use), and from that small event Abe telepathically intuited that it was the latest fashion accessory for wannabe Satanic sodomites.

  7. The Police and agencies dealing with this kind of thing use the term child abuse images instead of child ‘porn’

    Could it be that they found images of the abuse against the two children or ‘child abuse images’

    The missing money from the bank account, could it be that someone was accessing certain web sites and didn’t want to use their own credit/debit card details?

    I’m a bit confused about time line re the phone being lost, found, children mentioning it in interview and the police finding it. If he knew it was dodgy, it would take amazing foresight to come up with a plan to blame the children, why not just destroy it?

    I can’t quite believe what is going on over at HR, it seems to have plunged into even lower depths than before.

    • Your last point first: I’ve been holding off on discussing HR much lately, as I don’t want to encourage anyone to go there. I’ll be expanding on that shortly.

      As for the time line–we’ve heard so many conflicting stories that it’s really hard to know what happened when. I agree, it would have made more sense to destroy the phone, but Abe has rarely shown much common sense.

      And on this blog I try to use the (slightly pedantic but still accurate) “commercial child sex abuse images” for child porn, and “child abuse images” for privately captured and held images. However, those terms tend to make less than stellar headlines. 🙂

    • His phone wasn’t ‘dodgy’ until he lost it…then of course he couldn’t destroy it. It may be too that there are more clips of the kids that didn’t make the cut.

  8. More echoes of the Hollie Greig case. The last man standing in that fiasco (another self-confessed stoner) is banned from contact with his own daughter because he tried to coach her in false accusations against her Mother’s family. When he had the party piece off to pat he passed the phone to the police. Trouble is their forensics people unburied all the duff attempts with him coaching the kid and he was lucky not to be done for attempting to pervert the course of justice. It was the same judge that Anne Greig had accused who made the order which is why the dirty barsteward latched on to the Hollie case.

    The pont being that even if Christie has erased the kiddie porn the police will still recover it. Apparently when you “erase” something, even if you delete it from the garbage folder, it’s only the reference to it in the device’s “look-up table” that goes! – The actual file is still there until something else overwrites where it was. And even then, there can be fragments of the old file left enough to identify it! Modern devices with gigabytes of storage are fertile picking grounds for forensics apparently. And I’m told that even a completely re-formatted drive can STILL yield data with the right analysis!

    Is it unreasonable to speculate that what’s on Christie’s phone might also involve the kids? And that phone is his noose? Also AFAIK child porn isn’t to be found unless individuals go to some trouble to locate it. Nobody can seriously believe that a couple of kids would ‘stumble’ on that kind of filth even if they were exercising their curiosity and had accessed “normal porn”! (is there really any such thing?)

      • Well maybe…. But I’m thinking not so much of that as if he HAS been either accessing or making abuse videos the police should be able to recover it. Even if he THINKS he’s got shot of it.

    • You’re quite right on all counts, of course. I think most people have no clue how much can be retrieved from their computers, or they’d be much more careful about where they pointed their browsers! As you say, commercial child sex abuse images aren’t exactly something you can just google: they’re in the ‘Deep Web’, and must be accessed through private links.

      Like you, I suspect that Abe’s phone contains a great deal of incriminating evidence, and even he knows it.

    • Loving ‘the phone is his noose’. This is the probable reason why Abraham Christie will try to avoid the UK at all costs. Imagine going to prison as a child abuser, or a paedophile….Abraham must be very very afraid right now. And, consequently, he must be pulling out all the stops in terms of controlling Ella so she does not leave him. I wonder if he is blackmailing her, would he stoop to that? Is that why she has played along with all of this? What terrible thing, apart from this, could they have committed together, a thing he now holds her hostage with…just a possible explanation for something that seems inexplicable, i.e a mother putting a thug in front of her kids.

  9. Haha,..just thinking back to the video that Jacco and Charlotte made when they declared that “Dicky Rearman” was actually Ricky Dearman and he’d created the “Dicky Rearman” profile to troll children’s videos on YT… because he had Dissociative Personality Disorder!
    It was so obvious it was Abe, he always mentions “sodomites” and now he’s referring to his other channel “Nemesis Green”.. lol.

    But oh no…Charlotte’s..ehm..”research” had proved (to her) that it was Ricky Dearman! Bet she feels silly now..

      If only they knew, the person they think is a bit “off” is almost certainly Abraham Christie! Says it all 🙂

    • LOL! I think it would take more than that to make Charlotte feel silly–she seems to have absolutely no qualms about writing the most obvious garbage, and then conveniently ignoring those who prove her wrong. I think a normal person would be embarrassed or ashamed, but not Charlotte.
