I’ll tell you what this mad fascination with “Common Law” has done, it’s brought about the mad theory that children are “stolen”, they’re no longer “taken into care.”
Can someone point me in the direction of a clear case where a child has been “stolen” rather than “taken into care” from an unfit parent?
