Hoaxtead Research v Hoaxtead Research: it’s a “good cop bad cop” distraction!

This made us chuckle. Apparently, both sides in this battle may be secretly working together to distract the public from a wider conspiracy. I love it! By the way, I’m assuming that we’re “good cop”:

  1. It’s a fair point surely? ‘Hampstead Research’ is so bizarrely steeped in ignorance and stupidity that there have been many times when I’ve wondered if it were some sort of warped parody? I’m amazed that people can be THAT stupid!

Personally I’ve no objections to your own response other than to observe it can lapse into the puerile – fighting fire with fire – with most of the world now ignoring the hoax it’s reasonable for some to wonder if this particular balze was first created as a smokescreen for something else?

  2. I don’t suppose a simple explanation is enough. How about this one. A bunch of conspiritards decided to harass innocent people in Hampstead based on sod all evidence, so another bunch of people decided to take the piss out of them.

But what would I know? I just live on Danielle’s head.

  3. In all seriousness, there are wider concerns…

This hoax has been promoted primarily under the control of Belinda McKenzie. – A woman who, in analysis has a track record in terms of undermining various ‘grass roots’ movements and campaigns by moving them into the realms of lunacy…

The Hollie Greig case for instance… At it’s heart was – and remains – a tiny sliver of truth. But that IS swept away in the deluge of nonsense promoted by McKenzie & Co and further obfuscated by the ‘other side’ that operated an equally and oppositely ‘non truthful’ campaign.

    The net effect was manifold…

On one level a great deal of damage has been done to the alternative media movement by the Hollie Greig case; people like Elish Angiolini are now well-armed to cite it in dismissing any non-mainstream report of impropriety as ‘just the wittering of madmen’.

The case was also used for political ends; to try and undermine the SNP both in the run up to the referendum and the recent election… It wasn’t just the Lib-Dems who were promoting blatant lies about the SNP’s leadership…

    http://hollie-greig-book-closed.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/9-first-minister-in-missing-records.html

Then we have things like the Association of McKenzie Friends… Belinda of that ilk’s ‘ego-massaging’ and seemingly-eponymously named haven for the unfortunately-skint that are denied access to proper legal representation…

For clarity, lest we be tempted to imagine otherwise, the term “McKenzie Friend” has nothing to do with perfidious Belinda McKenzie herself; and you should not suppose that it arises from any great victory of hers. It relates instead to a Mr McKenzie’s representations to the Court of Appeal reported as McKenzie v McKenzie [1970] 3 WLR 472. The original McKenzie case was a defended divorce case where the judge had refused to permit Mr McKenzie to be accompanied by a friend who wished to assist him in court. The gentleman in question protested, and the Court of Appeal held that the lower court was wrong, citing the statement of Lord Tenterden CJ in Collier v Hicks (1831) 2 B & Ad 663 that:

“Any person, whether he be a professional man or not, may attend as a friend of either party, may take notes, may quietly make suggestions, and give advice”.

A ‘McKenzie friend’ is therefore somebody who accompanies a litigant in person to a court hearing for the purpose of assisting them by taking notes, helping to organise the documents, and quietly making suggestions. The McKenzie friend should not be thought of as any kind of ‘lay advocate’ (or Lay-legal advisor as Robert Green styled himself) and has no right to address the court.

Now – the history of McKenzie friends is all of long, well founded and nothing to do with the wicked witch of Highgate. But they are not ‘liked’ by the establishment (in common with the SNP or the alternative media).

We now have the situation – courtesy of the Hampstead Hoax – whereby ‘a McKenzie Friend’ is now fugitive from the law having ridden a coach and horses through standard media reporting restrictions, the Sexual Offences act 1992 as amended by the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 and the Sexual Offences Act 2003, – is in contempt of court, possibly faces charges of perverting the course of justic etc etc etc…

We live in times where where the rug of Legal Aid has been pulled from under the feet of those with little or no income and our civil and family courts owe more to the playing of poker than the practice of law. ‘McKenzie Friends’ (in the legitimate sense) – potentially have a serious role to play in thwarting the establishment’s apparent plans to make justice a luxury affordable only by the well-heeled few…

It is therefore my contention that one of the things ‘tasked’ to Belinda McKenzie – as the ‘career’ establishment shill I believe her to be – has been to undermine the grass-roots provision of credible lay-legal advice. – To make it look silly and ridiculous, just as she has done for all these years in her ‘work’ within the alternative media, rights campaigning etc etc etc…

Consider the Shayler case… The Starchild project… Iran Aid… And the millionaire (yes, really!) McKenzie’s ‘strange immunity’ from prosecution whilst dupes like Robert Green and Sabine McNeill are thrown under the bus…

This kind of tactic – this ‘mini Operation Mockingbird’ – has not gone without notice. Ergo it’s not entirely unreasonable for those observing from the outside to look at the overall ‘coverage’ of the issues and wonder IF – maybe just maybe – it’s all part of a wider tactic to make the alternative media and grass-roots campaigners look even more like fools overall…

  4. Thank you ‘M’ and ‘Q’. I thought the smokescreen angle shouldn’t be overlooked so expressed myself on this blog.

To get closer to the truth, doesn’t it help to look at every angle possible, Scarlet Sccop?

  5. I suspect that if any real evidence of abuse is found in Hampstead (because by some miracle a whistle-blower gets their evidence out to the public which the elite cannot stop, Fingers crossed!) it will probably not be ‘Satanic Cult’ related. Again, this Satanic ruse is probably another way to put the public off the scent.

Just pushing ideas out there because I think this issue needs to be extremely closely looked at from ALL angles. The perpetrators (especially elite ones) have gotten away with their disgusting crimes for too f-ing long and we the general public want the truth so we can see justice served (finally!)

  6. Last comment from me because I think this blog Hoaxtead is very strange. I can’t put my finger on it; it’s just an instinct. Why do I get the feeling the person who is running this blog (maybe with one other person?) is also many of the different ‘commenters’ underneath each blog post. I suspect the main blogger isn’t female either, and I’m almost certain it is someone I have observed on another forum (too complicated to explain). Most of these are just hunches though, I could be wrong. Yes, I have noticed that Hampstead Research is much worse in the respect of false and numerous identities, but this blog isn’t any better. The blogger is obviously getting something out of it and I don’t really want to ruin things for him but isn’t child abuse a serious subject so why have such a strange blog? Maybe I’ve become too sensitive recently? I doubt it.

To clarify again, I think the over-the-top Satanic Cult aspect of ‘Hampstead Research’ makes me think it is almost certainly a hoax, but I also have an inkling that BOTH sides (Hampstead & Hoaxtead) may be part of a smokescreen so people do not look closer at the area of Hampstead. I could be totally wrong, but I hope people don’t stop searching Hampstead just because of these shenanigans (and to be clear, I obviously don’t just mean the area of Hampstead alone, just that we should be vigilant and not overlook places due to distractions/hoaxes).

Anyway, my tuppence worth (for what it’s worth!!) in the land that’s getting less free by the day. One day (maybe soon) we may not be able to write so freely, what a thought… Fingers crossed we never get to that point.

Cheerio, I hope what you are doing genuinely helps the general public and that it may lead to real breakthroughs. Above all, I hope as many victims of these horrendous crimes get to see their perpetrators behind bars soon; and the atrocities of child abuse finally stop for good.

No offence intended, just some observations. Take care and peace! 🙂

  7. As you know, I know what satire means, I just don’t think this blog is doing a very good version of it (very annoying and strange imo) and like I keep saying, I don’t think a 99% snark ‘counter-site’ is a good approach for such a serious issue (child abuse) ESPECIALLY it’s still constantly being covered-up by so many powerful people. That’s really the crux of my reaction to this blog. Just the observations and thoughts of one human being.

    Ciao!

    Over and out.

Your snobbishness gives you away, by the way… I hope you aren’t a power-crazy hypocrite like all thre elites and thier lackey-trolls.

Jesus, to think I initially thought you were one of the good guys… How wrong one can be in cyberspace.

  13. As it happens SophBee… Part of my 35 years working in television news and features was spent dedicating two or three days a week to lecturing in the subject for a dozen years. – As you can imagine that requires extra training, some of which involves spotting ‘narrative voice’ in writing. i.e. I can generally tell when one student in the class is either being copied or completing other student’s work for them. – Most ‘teachers’ can.

I find your voice strangely familiar…

For clarity, the grain of truth in the Hampstead case is that these children HAVE been sexually abused. – Clearly they are over-sexualised for their ages and have witnesses (directly or indirectly) adults engaged in sexual activity. – At best, this means that they’ve been exposed to porn. There are actually laws against exposing minors to pornography. And my firm opinion is that the convicted felon Abe Christie has done exactly that to these children, as well as physically assaulting them and administering illegal substances to them.

The fairy story he and Draper concocted is just that – and could only seem reasonable and feasible to someone whose entire life is based on the altered image projected on the torn screen created by decades of drug abuse… In the (highly illegal on a number of levels) video footage it is quite clear that they are being actively coached and prompted by Christie and Draper in much the same was as a normal parent might coax an innocent party-piece out of a child.

But this is no Burns-Night poem that Christie has pressure-cooked into the minds of these kids. They’re not about to launch into an out-of-tune excerpt from Jesus Christ superstar! Instead what issues from their mouths is a LUDICROUS torrent of filth – which Christie ‘likes to hear’…

These two scumbags don’t even have the sense to hide what they’re doing…

So for clarity I don’t believe there to be any ‘elite’ to be exposed here… Personally I find ‘Hoaxtead’ rather puerile and misguided. But unlike ‘Hampstead’ it is not on the side of breathtaking lunacy and stupidity. As I remarked yesterday – it’s frustrating that arrests haven’t been made yet. And yes, I’m aware – to a degree that would surprise many – that The Police and the press are watching both blogs carefully.

I doubt if any ‘smokescreen’ is particularly concerned with the Hampstead area. My own money would point more to Aberdeen, and the friends and associates of a certain weed-addled-waster who once tried a similar stunt with his own kid – which caused him to lose access to them!

But then that’s just my guess – like Sgt Shultz and Jaqui Farmer I know nuzzink… Nuzzink I tellz you!

Oh and a cursory glance at my sidebar reveals that there are another six from you waiting for me. So which one of us is annoying? And since when did I have a duty to entertain you anyway? I mussed have missed that memo! Now, if you hate this site so much, go to another one. There are literally millions out there.

PS: before you go, please could you post a link to your own website or blog, so that we can learn from the master and bathe in your awesomeness? Thanks, mate.

  16. The fact that you imagine a professional journalist might feel the need to ‘compete’ with your wee amateur blog speaks volumes about just how misguided you actually are. IF I ever decide to publish something on the subject it will be done to a professional standard and in the proper – i.e. competent and legal – way.

What you imagine you’re doing for free is unclear… The truth is that the ‘Hampstead’ blog decended into oblivion almost from its inception. Rather like Butlin Cat – John Graham’s efforts, it’s not taken seriously by anyone except a few random stoners, cranks and fruitloops… ‘Jacqui Farmer’ – Or is it Malcolm? Either way the’re like someone caught in quicksand; the more they wriggle the deeper they sink…

You’re at liberty to debunk and mock it as much as you see fit of course, and it’s quite curious and at times amusing to watch. – But don’t expect a ‘hat and a baloon’ in the post any time soon… All you’re really doing is providing a mirror-image of ‘Hampsted’ – and yes; it is really rather childish! Keep it up by all means – but don’t kid yourself that you’re doing anything ‘serious’ or ‘good’ in terms of tackling child abuse or even those who work to discredti the alternative media…

I’m afraid the question of an overall smokescreen remains a fair one… Not that there seems to be anything much more that Ganjaman Christie’s little empire collapsing and Belinda McKenzie’s ‘strange immunity’ coming into play again…

In the background are serious credible investigators that you know nothing about. BOTH blogs along with the output of various ‘usual suspects are being monitored. – It is as I’ve said a few times now, simply rather tiresome that the Police are dragging their heels. – A pity in particular that McKenzie is still walking the streets; but her day will come.
